You're not alone - I don't get anxious often but today I have cried constantly, felt horrible in social interactions in work, had major anxiety (started having tears fall while working out in the gym because I was so overwhelmed) and only felt better when completely distracting myself with family/friends and TV. Honestly so glad to hear someone else is having a bad day and that I'm not alone so thought I'd let you know in case it helps you as well xx
