Something I like a lot about these two is that I decided, with the whole idea that main-fic Edith wouldn’t be allowed to have any romantic relationships with the mercs to make way for more interesting dynamics, that she and Spy would actually become friends! Of course, they’re still developing within the story, but they’re practically inseparable by the end, no matter how much Spy tries to deny it.

I was going to post a headcanon list tonight for my very first request, but uh.

I tried opening the post thing. in another tab, and it pressed back, because i’m dumb.

Uh, basically, that means I lost all of my work (it... it was a long post), so unfortunately I won’t be coming out with that until I can rewrite it. Apologies if it turns out worse because of this-- I hope I remember everything in the morning.

Dear goodness I hope I don’t come across as any of these. Same here that I won’t cancel your headcanons but I 100% agree.

For Sniper, I like to see it as he’s not the best with words, but he’s patient and while he may come across as nervous in a situation it’s out of surprise or out of being flustered. I don’t think he’s like that normally, since you can definitely see that he isn’t through his voice lines ingame.

Scout learned the “I got a bucket of chicken” pick up line from his Ma and the reason Spy hates it so much is because it worked on him.

Maaaybe I just interpret too much in this because I love Demo so much, but I really had the feeling that Demoman has taken care of Engie until he had build his level 3 sentry because you see him standing here with engie shooting bombs

and first leaves after Engie is done and gives him the sign to go

I was originally going to do some Merasmus themed headcanons based on the ones in my inbox for October, but it came and went, and while I'd still love to do them, the motivation is low at the moment.

HOWEVER.

Seeing as I can't seem to find a good place to advertise TF2 commissions, Tumblr appears to be a good place to do it. But since I have no examples yet, or at least barely any, I'd like to make a thread for example collecting instead.

These will NOT be first come first serve!

After 3-5 sketches have been completed, there will NO LONGER BE FREE SKETCHES AVAILABLE!

Here's what I'm looking for:

A loadout of your TF2 character/oc/what have you. Preferably using the TF2 loadout website! That way, if you give me a link to the loadout, I can see it from all angles and have an easier time drawing!

I am not looking for original designs to draw at the moment! (AKA food mercs, aus, etc.) But characters made from loadouts are perfectly fine!

I'm still working out prices for these, but generally they'll be halfbody/bust sketches, colored/uncolored depending on complexity. There's no way to dictate what quality of art you will get, it just depends on what sort of example I'm looking to make.
