Season 2 Spoilers below:
I just…I’m having a hard time with Crowley tempting Aziraphale to eat.
Like, we just established that Crowley is not capable of true evil.
And he and Aziraphale clearly know each other enough to have a dynamic. Aziraphale clearly knows Crowley enough to have faith in his fundamental hidden goodness. And despite all of his pretense, that faith means something to Crowley.
So…why tempt Aziraphale? It feels so…uncharacteristically sinister.
Is he trying to get Aziraphale to fall too? But why? Some part of him obviously likes Aziraphale.
Maybe he’s trying to prove a point? But what is he going to do if Aziraphale falls over this? How will he carry that for eternity?
Maybe he knows Aziraphale won’t fall, and that’s the point? But how would he know that?
What’s the point?
Good Omens S2 Trailer Thoughts:
- What’s going on with Crowley and Aziraphale? Where was Crowley? Why is Crowley so nervous. Why is Aziraphale so chilly? Maybe this takes place later in the series than it appears? Wait! I got it! Crowley went into hibernation during lockdown remember? Maybe that's actually canon?!
- Aw! Crowley takes off his glasses to be more open with Aziraphale.
- I liked the bookstore set better last season.
- Michael…your hair is so awful.
- Poor Muriel. How did no one tell her about Crowley? How does she not know what Gabriel looks like? There’s literally a poster of him in Heaven. Maybe by this point she’s already working with Aziraphale and Crowley.
- Um, Mr. Gaiman have you been spending time on ao3? Because um…the whole amnesiac/ Gabriel stuck with Aziraphale for some reason on Earth thing is familiar…
- Poor Crowley. He’s just not having a good time. I wonder if that lightening is coming at him or from him. The latter is kind’ve angelic…
- “You know what it’s like, when you don’t know anything at all, and yet you’re totally certain that everything would be better if you were just near one particular person?” Ahhhhh! My heart!
- Aziraphale thinking back to 1945 and Crowley during that line. Ahhhh! Az is still so in denial it’s hilarious.
- Ooh, Crowley in heaven! I wonder if we’ll get to see how it feels for him to be back.
- Crowley’s angel disguise is so awful! What is his hair? 😂
- Tennant and Sheen together again!
The mystery plot is great and everything, but I’m here for Crowley and Aziraphale adopting Muriel and watching their found family create chaos…
I AM SO EXCITED!!!!
Her lucky numbers are 46, 24, 11, 6, and 5.
Let’s do the number meaning for it.

Good Omens Season 2 Spoilers Below:
In episode 2 when Crowley asks Nina about Maggie she says, “Not a thing. Definitely. We’re just friends. Actually we barely know each other.”
This is verbatim what Aziraphale used to say about Crowley. And Crowley, who misinterprets the understanding between himself and the angel, says “Got it.”
He doesn’t get it. Yeah, it’s an excuse but it doesn’t mean “this is the person I’m deeply in love with, I just can’t say it”. It means, “We have some kind of deep connection but we haven’t worked it out yet”.
And Crowley just doesn’t seem to get that heaven is still a big part of Aziraphale.
He rejects Aziraphale too. Aziraphale asks him to go to Heaven with him and Crowley says no. And we the audience understand why, but Aziraphale doesn’t.
They’ve clearly never talked about any of this before.
Plus, throughout the entire season, he doesn’t seem to consistently know where Aziraphale’s loyalties are.
He says “the existence I have carved out for myself.”
Aziraphale is the one to say “I thought we carved it out for ourselves”.
Crowley straight up says that Aziraphale only calls when he’s bored, when he needs to gush about his good deeds, or if he needs something.
After meeting Muriel, Crowley says, “I don’t know how your lot have stayed in charge all this time.”
My point is dolphins that they need to communicate!!! Both of them are at fault for what happened, and yet how could they possibly know any better?
Appreciation post for all the beginner artists who work hard despite the AI looming over us. You are fabulous. You are precious. Keep up the hard work, you are needed.
I'm a disabled and chronically ill writer. I can't write every time i want to. I can't use a keyboard or handwrite for disability reasons. The only way i can write is by typing in the notes app on my phone. This is also painful and i can write a few hundred words at most.
Isn't it interesting how i still wouldn't consider using AI to write my stories instead? If the only way for me to write my stories is by using voice to text and i can write only a single word everyday i still wouldn't choose AI
Fuck AI and fuck you for pretending to care about disability people just so you can steal art made by disabled people
Good Omens Season Two Spoilers Below:
Remember when the bandstand and “you go too fast for me” and “someone killed my best friend” were our biggest problems? Those were simpler times.
On one hand, I don’t want the “Metatron drugged the coffee” thing to be true because character development and recognition of religious trauma, but on the other hand…
Also don’t listen to Queen’s These Are the Days of Our Lives unless you want to sob.
Everyday it’s been getting closer and now it’s here!!!
I don’t know what to do with myself!!!!
I think the best way to fight this AI shit is just to support actual creators. The cat's out of the bag with AI; our data's going to be taken and used without our consent whether we like it or not, so maybe we should put efforts into holding up those who create their own stuff. Comment/interact on people's writings and art. Make it worth them posting; make it clear that what the people are interested in isn't generated stuff, but things that people have actually done themselves. It's a drop in the ocean, but showing creators that it's them that deserve the support at least serves to cut off a tiny bit of oxygen to these AI hogs - and make a difference to creatives who are trying against hope to share with a community.
Write it shitty, write it scared, write it without a clue but don't you be so spineless and have an AI write fanfic for you.
