If Lilia Broke Up With Me I'd Probably Go For The Therapist. I Need To Assess What The Fork Is Wrong

If Lilia broke up with me I'd probably go for the therapist. I need to assess what the fork is wrong with me, why do I gravitate unsustainable relationships with single grandads

Haha, so true, anon! Lilia is just too good of a forbidden fruit for us. ^v^

Hiii I was wondering if you have any time could you write a brother’s friend trope where reader is the little sibling of Kalim and while she’s visiting during the VDC she meets Vil and falls in love with him all while being really shy. Of course if it’s to much trouble you don’t have to

Have a wonderful day <3

“Jaaaamil!”

The sun is just barely peeking out when Scarabia’s dorm is making a huge ruckus. If the seven dorms were any closer, it’s a sure that Crowley will be receiving noise complaints day in and day out. They were rowdy, sure, but that is just the energy that the dorm always has.

The same, slightly high-pitched voice screams for Jamil further down Scarabia’s dorm hall and by the sounds of it, it was drawing ever the nearer with every second. “Jaaamil!”

The voice stops short right at the entrance of the kitchen. “Oh, Jamil! I knew I’d find you here, hehe.” White hair as bright as the moon and red eyes brighter than the gems who share the same colour skips inside the kitchen with glee, snickering excitedly. “Anyway, Jamil, Jamil—“

“Just spit it out, Kalim! Stop screaming my name for Seven’s sake!” Jamil rubs the bridge of his nose, showing how annoyed he was. His head had been ringing all day long but it’s only still early in the morning; just a quarter to seven. This is what was meant when the other dormitories would be annoyed to be hearing ruckus from Scarabia, especially Savanaclaw and their lazy, always-seem-to-be-sleeping dorm leader. Ah, but there’s also Pomfiore. Can’t forget Pomfiore students who prioritize their “beauty” sleep. Maybe Diasomnia will forgive them.. Their dorm leader and vice dorm leader are nocturnal creatures anyway.

“Have you prepared it? Have you? Have you?” Kalim’s eyes turned into stars as he waited for the answer, his words were vague but nothing that Jamil couldn’t understand. Jamil could only sigh at his master’s silliness, “It’ll come later today, but still today just as requested. The item is particularly rare so delivery is taking a longer route to avoid the item being stolen.” He crossed his arms.

“Haha, I knew I could count on you, Jamil!” The white-haired male grins and pats Jamil’s back proudly. As annoying he is being right now, Jamil felt that he was slightly restless before. He understands where this is coming from. After all, the one he cherishes the most is coming tomorrow and Jamil knew that Kalim wants nothing but the best of gifts.

“Hehe, I can’t wait for the VDC tomorrow!”

—

Both the old and new alike, all sorts of transportation vehicles from modern cars to carriages were entering through the school’s gate one at a time. Of course, there’s those who walked and others who flew (or just straight up teleported there).

VDC is usually packed with all sorts of people and this year was no different. Giants, faes, humans.. All walks of life were gathered in one place to see what this year has in store for their hunger for some entertainment.. Aaand there were also those agents scouting for talents.

“Do you see her? Do you? Do you?” Kalim scans over the ocean of heads excitedly, looking for a particular head that he knew O’ so well from one of the school’s balconies. “Calm down. She’ll come so stop yapping, will you?” Jamil crosses his arms and leans back on the wall adjacent to the railings. Kalim looks behind him at his companion and slightly pout. “But what if she doesn’t come?”

“She will. She said in her letter and you know she doesn’t lie,” he says confidently, but secretly still praying anyway that she really does show up and nothing bad has happened along the way.

…

“AH!” Kalim slams his hands on the concrete rails which alerted Jamil. “What? Hey, don’t just suddenly scream like that, you idiot!” He uncrosses his arms and lectures him. “Wait, hey— What are you doing!? Hey—!!” Before he knew it, Kalim threw himself over the rails over a height that could kill a person on impact. Jamil runs towards the rails and looks down, stomach churning at the possible thought of seeing his body around a pool of blood and on VDC of all days too! And before anyone knew it, the event would have shut down before it even started all because of this fool—

“Hehe!” Just below, Kalim sits atop a magic carpet and heads in a particular direction. “You idiot!” Jamil’s teeth grinding on each other. He nearly had a heart attack because of him for Seven’s sake! “My life has been shortened..” He says as he feels a part of his soul leaving him.

“[Naaame]!” Kalim shouts from over the heads of many, causing onlookers to look up in curiosity.

You were standing at one of the stalls, looking on with sparkly eyes just before someone had yelled out your name. You blink, registering that it wasn’t just your head messing with you and wiped away the drool pooling at the corner of your mouth. The aroma of the corndogs is making it too hard to resist for your never satisfied stomach.

Nevertheless, your head looks around for the source of the voice.

“[Naaame]!” This time, your heads were drawn to the sky at a speedily approaching figure. “Is that.. EH!? Kalim, wait! You’re going to— BONK!” He collided with you head first and sent both of you toppling down on the ground.

“Urgh.. Kalim..” You push yourself up with your arms and rub a growing pain on your forehead. “What was—“

“Hehe! [Name], [Name]! You really came!” Kalim pushes himself up (though still on top of you) and grins an all too familiar grin. Seeing him again and that familiar of a smile, whatever lecture you were about to spew died on your tongue.

Even though he was older out of the two of you, he was much like the younger sibling than you did. He acted more excitable like that of a young child rather than a young adult that he is. Nevertheless, you loved him as his sibling. “Of course I’d come,” you say softly, so soft that it could be considered a whisper. “Why, did you think I wouldn’t show up?”

He got up and extended a hand out for you, that signature grin still smeared on his face. “Hehe, I knew you’d come!” He says cheerfully. You returned a smile of your own. You looked around and over his shoulder, noticing that something was amiss. “Oh, Kalim, where is–” “Kalim!” Before you could proceed with your sentence, a shrieking voice drew ever the near quickly.

Pushing people aside, Jamil parts a wall of bodies until he got to where you both were. “Do you have any idea how reckless of a stunt that was!? Have you gone mad!!?” There was Jamil with a scolding on his lips. “Hehe, sorry! I saw [Name] so I went up to her!” He laughs.

“Went up to her, how!? You threw yourself off the balcony and nearly gave me a heart attack!” He had so many things to say which you found it to be something to laugh at; how Jamil acts is like a mother hen to her chicks and you found it endearing.

“Ah, [Name], it’s good to see you here,” Jamil finally says, now acknowledging your presence. “Sorry about that outburst.” You giggled with a smile, “It’s fine. I’m sure Kalim has given you a handful of problems leading up to today.”

He rests his hands on his hips and sighs deeply, shaking his head with a defeated look. “You wouldn’t believe..”

Kalim butts in with an elated look and pumping both of his fists up and down in front of his chest. “Ah! [Name], [Name]! I got you something!” he said and looked toward Jamil with a look of expectancy. “Oh right..” You just now noticed that Jamil had been holding a small, rectangular box when he extended his hand out to you.

You look at both men– Kalim was bouncing excitedly on the spot and Jamil nodded– before taking the gift. Inside was a necklace with a huge orb and two slightly smaller ones on each side. It had the colour of the desert– a raging, orange fire. There was some gold too that held the entire piece beautifully and would rattle like coins in a pouch.

“These are the eyes of a queen scorpion that have been torched into glass,” Jamil said. “It was difficult to find but Kalim wouldn’t stop nudging me.” Kalim gives a toothy laugh and you couldn’t help but smile even more. “Thank you both.”

“Aww, [Name]!!” Kalim sees the adorable smile on your face and couldn’t help but pull you into a bone crushing hug. “See, Jamil! I knew it would be worth it! Did you see how cute she was?” He rubs his cheeks against yours as if he can’t get enough of your physical touch.

It was like that for a while until an announcement came on that the main event would start soon. “Ah! Kalim, hurry up! We have to go or else Vil will have our heads.”

“Hm? Where are you guys going?” You asked. “Ah, [Name], it was going to be a surprise but you see, Kalim and I are one of the performers,” he quickly explains, already grabbing onto Kalim’s arm to pry him off of you. “Oh, I see! Good luck to you two!” Were the only things you said so that you wouldn’t keep them too long.

“You’ll come watch us, right, [Name]?” Kalim asks, although probably already knowing the answer. You nod and smile. “Of course, I will!”

Now by yourself in a massive crowd, it was pretty easy to push you around without Jamil or Kalim. “Excuse me.. Excuse– oh!” Amidst the pushing and shoving, you were pushed all the way to an archway that led inside the school building. One more forceful shove and you lost your balance.

Your eyes closed shut and were expecting pain in your butt that would send straight up your head but however, you didn’t. Your eyes opened and blinked a few times. You were halfway your fall when firm arms hooked underneath your armpits so now you were in that awkward position.

“Are you alright?” A voice drew your attention over your shoulders and thereupon you felt you’ve been deprived of oxygen as you held your breath at the sigh of a man. The word ‘beautiful’ couldn’t even hold a candle to him. And it seems like he was awe-struck too with how his eyes widened slightly and eyebrows raised a bit, but you didn’t need to know that.

He asks again if you were okay and this time, you push yourself on your feet, a growing blush dusting your cheeks. “A-ah yes.. I, I’m okay!” You smile awkwardly and hope you didn’t stare too long and eye him like a candy.

He nods and was about to say something until a voice the became louder as it came closer drew his attention away. “Roi du poison! Oh how I had searched for you, roi du poison!” Now, a blonde man wearing a hat entered the conversation- if it could have been called that. “Roi du poison, i had worried you had been taken or worse, suddenly getting the blue and thus cannot perform anymore!”

“As if I’d lose the opportunity to outshine Neige,” the beautiful man was now having a full conversion with his friend and you just stood there awkwardly. Just as they began to turn to leave, he stopped and looked back at you, now just remembering he had helped somebody. You straighten your back which he found silly. “Pfft.” He contains a laugh, disguising it as a cough behind a hand. “I hope to see you around.” He smiles one last time before joining his friend that awaited him just a little bit away from you two.

You were left there in a confused state all the while your face being flushed pink. You were repeating the last thing he said to you and deep down,  you were silently praying that you’d get to meet him. Was it a spell that he casted, to make anyone be enthralled by him?

The speakers came again, snapping you out of a daze. You once again joined the crowd– that was fortunately and unfortunately less crowded– and sat at the furthest row from the seat since the front rows were very much full.

Like the rest, you were excited but more so to see Kalim perform. But what you weren’t expecting to see when he did come on was that the man from earlier was also on stage alongside him. “Ah.” Suddenly remembering the moment that just passed, you did recall him wearing the school’s uniform. Well, what were you expecting? It’s not like someone like him who possibly could be a supermodel to not go to such a prestigious school.

Safe to say that your attention had been diverted away from Kalim.

“[Name], [Name]! Did you like my dance?” Kalim now joins you by the hip after the performances have been finished. Jamil was there too, standing close by. “Hm? Oh, yes, I did!” You smiled and chuckled a bit. You sweatdrop at the thought that he knew that you hadn’t been paying attention to him at all and thus would make him pout.

“Ah, that performance is making me hungry.. Let’s go eat, [Name]!” Kalim drags you by the wrist and Jamil follows. He sure is energetic despite him being hungry and probably tired from the performance. “Ooh! Look, look! Shawarmas!” Kalim halted in his steps when he was parallel to a food stall selling shawarmas. There were stars in his eyes as he eyes them.

“Let’s get some, [Name]!” He says and turns his head towards Jamil since he forgot to bring money. Jamil sighs, fishing out a pouch of coins. “Just 2, and some packet of hot sauce,” Jamil says to the vendor. “Hm? You’re not getting any, Jamil?” You ask. He shook his head, saying that he’s not hungry and he doesn’t have a big appetite unlike Kalim.

“Hehe, these are so good!” After getting your food, Kalim was the first to take a big bite out of his. You look on fondly at his childlike manner before taking a bite out of yours.

“Hm? Kalim, do you know her?” Just then, a voice steps in to join the small group and you turn your head to see the same person that had saved you from a fall and you began to choke on the food. “[Name]!” Jamil was quick to aid you and grab a bottle of water to down the food.

“Hm, of course!” Kalim grins and rests an arm around your shoulder. “She’s my little sister, [Name]!”

“Little sister?” His eyebrows raised but quickly returned to its natural, resting  position. “Roi du poison, isn’t this the little maiden from earlier?” his companion was there too. “I must apologize for not having the chance to introduce myself and swiftly taking him away from you earlier.” He takes off his hat and places it on top of his heart and dips down slightly. So elegant, you thought.

“Hmm? You know them, [Name]? Your brother looked at you and you nodded. “Well, not really.. He was there when I was about to fall and helped me..” You corrected.

“In that case, why don’t I introduce you to my friends!” Kalim beams with excitement, so happy that you’d be getting to know more students from NRC. “This is Rook,” he points to the one with the hat first, “And this is Vil!” He points to the one whom you have been enchanted to meet. So his name is Vil, you thought, your face slightly feeling warm.

“Hehe, and this is [Name]!” Kalim hugs you tightly, making you embarrassed how he babies you so much. You were telling Kalim to stop but you overheard the soft mention of your name, drawing your attention to Vil. “[Name].. It’s a beautiful name,” he says and looks at you with soft eyes. “It’s been a pleasure to meet you and I’m sorry to cut this short but I have to go now.”

“O-oh.. Okay..” You were disappointed at just how brief the moment was, but at least you got to know his name.

Later that evening, when you returned home, what you didn’t expect to see on your phone the moment you got to relax was a notification– a notification that Vil had followed your Magicam account. Suddenly remembering him, your cheeks became the colour of a rose.

You opened the app in order to follow him back but was surprised at the huge number of followers he had. “Oh wow..!” You followed him back and began to stalk his page. The pictures were all well polished as if he was someone super popular. “He might be..” You mumbled. Just then, a notification popped up that someone had messaged you– it was Vil.

You panicked, not sure what to do but before you could do any of that, you first checked what he even sent.

I hope to know more about you. Let’s talk some time. It reads. You became giddy that you had possibly gain the attention of someone so beautiful. With a smile that no one could ever see, you began to type away.

║Diluc║ Happy Birthday

Contribution for Diluc's birthday.

A/N: I fell asleep while writing so it's late.. I slept for about 2 days..? ^^"

Not many knew of today's occasion and that was okay. It was understandable that others were not in a celebratory mood since they aren't close to the red-haired tycoon. But Diluc not caring for today was a big deal for you.

Birthdays, in your opinion, should be worth celebrating. So, even if he isn't in the mood to celebrate, you will make today very special and reserved just for him.

-

When dawn broke, Dawn Winery was just starting to wake up. A few words exchanged in the halls that was barely audible, light footsteps of the workers across the hall.. But you have longed woken up and was full of energy.

You wanted today to be all about him and so you left the manor without telling him where you were heading. This would mean that Diluc will later wake up to the warm sun shining through the cracks of the curtains, but still be empty and cold, and mostly questioning your whereabouts.

The walk to the city would take a while so you had to get up early if you wanted to meet up with Diluc's.. Somewhat allies.

The streets was quiet, aside from the occasional animal sounds and wind rustling the leaves from trees. There were other early birds like shop owners as well but they were yet to fully get into the Mondstadt groove.

You walked past the shops and stalls and up a couple set of stairs to the Knights of Favonius' headquarters.

When you entered Jean's office, Jean, Lisa, and Amber were already there, chatting as they waited for everyone to arrive. "(Y/N), goodmorning," Jean turns towards you and greets you with a smile.

"Goodmorning." You noticed that there were only three people in front of you and looked around the room before asking, "Where's Kaeya?"

The three women shrugged their shoulders. Just then, as if on cue, the door behind you swung open which drew all of your attention.

There stood none other than Kaeya himself. For someone who is late, he looked disheveled; hair not properly brushed, clothes not properly straightened as he covers his mouth to yawn. "Goodmorning.." he says lazily, blinking away morning tears.

"Uh.." You three stared at him but said nothing and excused his tardiness. "Alright, now that we all are here, let's start with today, shall we?" Jean starts but later decided that you should be the one to break down today's plan for Diluc's birthday.

You know that Diluc will go to the tavern today but you needed him to get out and stay away. You've talked to Charles a couple days back and promised him remuneration if he could take over Diluc's shift, to which he accepted.

It was agreed upon that while you distract Diluc from going to the tavern and think about work, the others will be setting up the surprise.

After separating, you went to look for Diluc who, not surprisingly, was heading to the tavern. "Diluc!" you shouted, drawing the man to a stop and turn his attention to your direction.

You smiled as you run up to him, stopping short by him. "Goodmorning. How did you sleep?" you ask. "Adelinde said that you off to the Knights of Favonius' headquarters. Did you have something you need from them? You do know that I'm right here," he said, clearly not amused that you went to the knights so early in the morning.

You chuckled. "It's nothing important. I was asking for for a simple favour is all."  "Then surely you could have asked me to do it." Wanting to dispel the negative energy, you thought fast of a way to make him stop thinking about the knights.

"Oh, Diluc, you're so cute when you're jealous," you said, squishing his cheeks together. He was unimpressed but sighs, deciding to just let it go.

"Alright. I have matters to attend to and the tavern. I'll see you later at home," he said, putting a hand on your head before shortly removing it and continuing his way to the tavern.

"H, hey, wait a moment!" You grab hold of his wrist. He turns his head and look over his shoulders. He hums a questioning tone. "It's a good day today, don't you think? So, let's just stroll around the city."

He arches a brow. "What is it that you want?" he asks, not wasting time to beat around the bush. "I want to spend today with you.."

He gave a simple 'oh' and avert his eyes, saying nothing. "So, can we spend this special day together?" you pleaded. "I can't.. The tavern--" "I asked Charles to take over," you asserted quickly. "Don't worry, I paid him beforehand."

He looks at you and you looked back with doe-like eyes. After a while, he eventually gave in. "Alright.." You smiled brightly. "So, what do you have in mind?" he asks.

"Nothing! I just want to spend time with you and maybe treat you to something," you answered honestly. "I don't really need anything.." Diluc said and that was true. He was one of the richest people of Teyvat after all, ruling over the wine industry. "I will be fine with a stroll."

You nodded and interlaced your hands with his. It was currently quarter past eleven which meant you still had long hours to waste away. You dragged him around the city, looking at everything that is familiar to you yet unfamiliar to him.

Even though Monstadt is his home, he only ever leaves his house to attend to business matters or the tavern, never really taking time off to stroll.

"Oh! Diluc, Diluc, let's get ice cream!" you burst in excitement when your eyes laid upon a familiar shop. "Ice cream? Isn't it a bit early for you to eat that?" His eyes narrows as he gives you a questioning look.

You turn to look at him and grin. "It's nearly afternoon. It's okay!" He sighs, giving in to your pleas and buying you ice cream. Yes, he's the one who paid and this is when he would not allow to be convinced by you.

"You'll have a stomach ache," he said. But in the end, he was happy with his decision. It was a good choice if it meant seeing you happy when you two stepped out of the shop.

You two walked further down the streets with you sneakily steering the walk away from the tavern. Who knows? Kaeya might slip up and the surprise would be ruined.

At the thought of him, your eyes wandered around, looking for signs of him. But instead of Kaeya, you see Amber carrying a  party box just up ahead which made you nearly choke on your ice cream that you sucked in out of surprise.

"Hey, are you okay?" Diluc turns his head to you, full of concern. "Yeah, I'm fine.." you said between fits of coughs. After you finally stopped coughing, you looked up and look for Amber. Luckily, she was nowhere to be seen.

You sighed a sigh of relief. She must have heard and see you nearly die that she ran away. Diluc notices this and looks over to where you were staring at before looking back at you. "What are you staring at?" he asks.

"Oh, it's nothing.." You forced a chuckle and smile. "You have been awfully weird today.." he finally says. "First, you left early in the morning when it's your day off.."

"What, I can't go out when it's my day off?" you weakly defended yourself. "There is no issue with that.. If only you do that on a normal basis. Typically, you'd be sleeping until 12 in the afternoon," he said. "And secondly, you went to the knight's headquarters of all places for no reason, you said?"

"Ah.." You had to think of something to say. Otherwise, the surprise birthday won't be a surprise. Your eyes darted around the place until finally, it landed on Flora.

"Oh, come here!" You dragged him to Flora's stall and greet the little girl with a smile. "Welcome to Floral Whisper."

"Hey, Flora, can I buy one Cecilia?" The girl nods and picked out a fresh Cecilia and give it to you and you exchanged it for a pocket change of Mora.

You then turned to Diluc who was still waiting for an answer. Smiling, you leaned close to him and tucked the flower behind his ear and moved away.

He crosses his arms, looking unamused. "(Y/N)." You laughed at how funny he looks with that face while wearing a flower. "Come on and smile for me." You stretch his face upwards.

Seeing that you weren't going to tell him, he gives in and sighs. He figures that he will find out later today just what you were hiding all day.

He walks to Flora and asked for another Cecilia and returned back to you. "Hm? Do you like Cecilias?" you asked, looking at the one in his hand. "Having a favourite flower is silly," he said.

He took a step forward and outstretch his hand and place the flower behind your ears. You face felt warm as he remained silent, inspecting you with the newly added accessory.

"Let's get moving. We still have the whole day to spend," he said, turning around and walking away. Seeing his figure moving away, you blinked from a trance and caught up to him, a smile on your face as you interlaced your hands with him once more.

For the rest of the afternoon, Diluc was out treating you to things that have caught your eyes. Funny, since you were supposed to be the one treating him.

Kaeya soon interrupted your little date, casually walking up to the two of you with a smug look to him. "Ah, at last. I found you two," he greets.

"And I was just wondering why you've  yet to show up," Diluc spat. "You were slacking off, weren't you?"

Kaeya laughs. "Come now, Diluc, I didn't get to where I am by being a slacker," he said, raising his arms beside him and shrugs. The redhead scoffs. "You all are incompetent so what do you know about work?"

"Don't be so mean, dear brother. You're hurting my feeling, y'know?" Kaeya said but not even lifting a muscle on his face to express a little bit of hurt. "What feelings?"

"Ouch. You should have gotten a Cryo Vision instead. I think the Gods have made a mistake," Kaeya said in a matter-of-fact tone. "Anyways, (Y/N), we've already finished setting up and I was tasked to deliver you this message."

You smiled excitedly. "Thanks for your help, Kaeya," you said, confusing the redhead beside you. "Now, Diluc, let's head to the tavern."

"The tavern? What for?" he asks, allowing himself to be dragged by the arm. You look at him over your shoulder. "You'll see!"

A couple of steps and the three of you soon stopped right in front of Angel's Share. "Well? Go open it!" you urged him on excitedly while you and Kaeya stood behind.

Diluc eyed you suspiciously but did as told. "Surprise!" Inside, friends greeted him with a loud and enthusiastic voice.

"Hey~ Glad you're finally here, Master Diluc!" Venti waves over from the bar. "Huh? Venti, what are you doing here?" you ask, peeking your head from behind Diluc.

"I'm here for the free wi-- err, I mean, to celebrate Master Diluc's birthday!" he answers.

"Hurry up and get in already," Kaeya said from behind you. "It's starting to get too cold for my liking."

You gently push Diluc inside, somewhat listening to Kaeya's demand. "Well, since Master Diluc is finally here, let's get that cake, food, and wine!" Venti said, already holding a wine bottle in his hand.

Jean came from the back of the room, holding a nicely decorated cake that was lit up with a couple of candles. And everything goes as follows: you all sang to him a happy birthday and wasted the night away. You, like the others, took the partying to the next level, finding yourself too wasted to lift a finger.

"Haha, you can't already be drunk, (Y/N)!" Venti laughs from beside you, drinking his 50th glass and nudges you another one on the cheek.

"Alright, I think they have had one too many glass." Diluc intervenes what used to be a drinking competition. "Wha~t? That didn't even last long!" Venti cries.

"They've already passed out," Diluc said, taking off his coat to put it on you. "I'll be taking them home. You all enjoy yourselves."

"Oh? Well, don't mind me!" Venti said, getting another glass and also looking for Kaeya, hoping he wasn't drunk just yet.

Diluc left the tavern and the rest of the guys, carrying a passed out you all the to Dawn Winery where he immediately asked Adelinde to bring him a large glass of water for you.

He knew you were going to drink but he didn't think you'd be dumb enough to accept a drinking challenge from Venti who could drink beyond a mortal's expectation.

Inside his room, he bears the difficult of changing you. Even though you two have been together for a really long time, it felt wrong of him to do something like this, but you were awfully sweaty and needed to be wiped clean with a wet cloth.

He contemplated but after a while, decided to go through with it, caring about your hygiene more than anything.

He only heaved a sigh of relief once he got you into your nightwear. "You're really a difficult one," he mumbles, getting into his own fresh change of clothes and climbing into bed beside you.

It was still early night, not even near midnight when Diluc allowed his eyes to trace every part of your face, the moon helping him to see. You looked at peace but Diluc knows that you wouldn't be able to go to work tomorrow.

He might not have expressed it, but Diluc is truly grateful for today and to have you keeping him company on cold nights.

Gently, he brushes your cheek with a hand while his other wraps around your waist to bring you close for more warmth, and place his lips on your forehead for a short while.

"Thank you for today.. And I hope you know that I will always love you."

Even when it was just the two of you, you were expected to bring mora, so why would that change when there is an added person into the family?

"Mommy, Mommy! Look here, I finally tie it on my own!" A little rascal came running to your room with booming footsteps echoing down the hall, where you were still getting ready, showing you their poorly tied tie. You look over at the door and let a little chuckle before walking towards the smaller male who was quite the unique set of eyes and kneeling down to his level. "Wow, it looks good!" you praised, fixing the bowtie for him, earning a cute, little laugh from him.

The little rascal whose bowtie you were trying to fix was none other than your child, Qian. Qian was a unique child as he had features that normal humans don't have.

A second set of footsteps came echoing down the halls and stopped at your door. You look up and see your dearest husband, leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed and an unshakeable smile on his lips as he stares at the two most precious beings in the world. "Not going to mention how I helped you, I see." The older male chuckles. Qian turns his head to look up at his father before looking back at you again. "Oh yeah! Daddy taught me how to tie it, hehe," the adorable, little boy adds.

You laugh at the added statement and stood up. "Alright, should we go now?" you ask to which both of the males nodded- one with excitement. "Oh, right, Qian, make sure you hide your horns." You look at the two sets of horns that rested on top of the little boy's head.

As said before, the reason why Qian is unique is that he was a mix of a mortal and god-- yours and Zhongli's.

"Oopsies! I didn't know." He quickly retracted his horns so that they were no longer visible. His eyes, however, remained the same glowing amber eyes just like his father's; a truly unique set of eyes that makes him differ from everyone else along with his hair, and also the fact that he had the same immortality as his father.

You walked over to the door where Zhongli wrapped an arm around your waist and gave you a quick kiss on the lips. "Ew, that's gross!" Qian covers his eyes with his hands as he said so, making both you and Zhongli laugh at the little action. "Can we go now? I want toys and books!"

"Alright, we can go now. Come, grab mommy's hand," you said and offer him a hand for him to hold onto. He uncovers his eyes and reaches for your hand, feeling the warmth from his tiny hands and fingers trying to cover most of it. Zhongli went to the other side of him and held his other hand and left the house.

"Mommy, mommy! Look at the doggies!" Qian points at the two dogs that watch the inner part of the bridge, giggling as the dogs wag their tails and walking closer to the young boy. He let go both of his hands from either of yours and Zhongli's grasp and went over to the dogs, ruffling their furs. You smiled before turning to your husband, "Can you watch over Qian while I buy a few things?" Not wanting to take Qian away from the dogs, you relied on Zhongli.

He nods and places a kiss on your head. "Of course," Zhongli says. On every outing, you would take this as a chance for grocery shopping. It was hard to keep the fridge at home full especially when you had a little tyke that sneaks into the kitchen for snacks.

Not wanting to overfill the fridge, you bought only the necessary things that you have fully noted down on a paper along with snacks for Qian. He- although has the same mindset as his father's and a bit of his knowledge- could be quite the handful when he doesn't get his snacks-- throwing tantrums when he wants things. But that was just how kids were and there is nothing else you could do to appease them.

"Mommy, where did you go?" Qian asks when you returned with a bag, still playing with the dogs. "Just went to buy food," you answered, smiling as Zhongli offers to take the bag from your hands. A gentleman, he was.

"What about snacks?" He leapt up excitedly, walking away from the dogs to clung onto your dress. "I wouldn't dare forget them," you replied, seeing his eyes light up happily, then hugging your legs. "You're the best, Mommy!" You rolled your eyes. "So, I'm the best when I buy you your snacks, huh?" you ask, feigning offence and pick him up to meet your eyes. He shakes his head frivolously and re-worded his words, "Mommy is the best even when she doesn't buy Qian snack!" He kisses your cheeks and you giggled.

"What about me?" Zhongli speaks up, pointing at himself as he waits in expectance. Giggling, Qian reaches out for his father who happily engulfed him in a warm hug. The little boy then places a kiss on Zhongli's cheek and smiled. "There! Daddy gets a kiss too, so don't be sulky anymore." Zhongli chuckles and places a kiss on his son's cheeks as well.

"Where would you like to go, Qian?" Zhongli asks, carrying him with one hand as he holds the bag with the other. "Toys!" he exclaims, eyes glimmering with stars. Chuckling, the three of you made your way to a toy shop where Zhongli put Qian down to roam the store, excitedly picking a lot of toys. "Qian, you can only pick two things, okay? You already have a lot back home," you reminded, sweat dropping.

"B, but Qian really likes them..!" He pouts, giving you his doll-like eyes as he pleads. It was something that he always does and was very effective. You felt an imaginary punch to your stomach, picturing your soon-to-be empty wallet, but you just didn't know how to say no to such a face. You cranked your head to your side, looking at your husband who stood idly by cluelessly, hinting him to help.

He notices your graved face and immediately understood and clears his throat. "Qian, mora, you see, may just be a materialistic thing that one can obtain, but obtaining it is much harder than you realize, so mortals always make note of things called prices that requires mora. By doing so, they can save extra mora for other needed things," he lectures, though it doesn't seem that Qian understood what his father told him.

"Mommy can go get more, right?" he asks, clearly not understanding what Zhongli had said. "Money shouldn't be thrown around carelessly, sweetie," you spoke, kneeling to his level and placing a hand on his shoulder, his bright eyes reflecting off of yours. "Okay.. But we can come back to buy them, right?" Qian asks, to which you nodded. "Then, Qian will pick these two! Mr. Cyclops is cool!"

You look at the toy in his hand, knowing that it was a very popular toy from Snezhnaya. The toy maker was also very popular amongst children, so it was understandable seeing Qian choosing the toy. You stood up and ruffled his head before turning to place a kiss on Zhongli's cheeks. "It wasn't the best explanation, but it did make him choose two," you say and walked off to pay for the toys.

"Mommy, mommy, I'm hungry!" Qian tugs on your hands after so much walking. "Well, it is the afternoon.. Where does Qian want to go?" you ask. "I want to eat where that fire-breathing teddy bear is!" he says almost immediately, showing his enthusiasm. "Ah, Wanmin Restaurant it is." You chuckled, knowing he meant Guoba.

"Hello, welcome to Wanmin Restaurant! Please, sit wherever you like!" Xiangling greets. Qian's smile grew wider when his eyes landed on the girl and ran up to her as you and Zhongli walked to an empty table. "Miss, can I see Mr. Fire-breathing Bear?" he asks, tugging her clothes. "Oh, of course, Qian!" the female giggles and takes Guoba out. On every outing, Wanmin Restaurant was one of the places Qian loves to go and that's because of Xiangling's Guoba. He would never go to another restaurant even when suggested.

Xiangling sat her bear on the extra seat around your table- right beside Qian- and look towards you and Zhongli. "Please, take your time to look over the menu! Oh, I've also added new dishes that children might like," Xiangling says enthusiastically before leaving the table to tend to other customers.

After choosing lunch, Xiangling makes off to the kitchen and leave the three of you plus Guoba to chat for a while. "Mr. Fire-breathing Bear is cute!" Qian states, touching the bear. "Mommy, can Qian have one too?" He turns to look at you.

"Ah.. Of course!" you say, giving him a close-eyed smile. It was a good thing that Guoba was behaving on order or else it could hurt someone.

"Here are your orders!" Xiangling returns as quickly as she went, the order in her hands and places it on the table. "And a little snack for little Qian!" she says. Qian giggles and thanked her before she excused herself once more, bringing her Guoba along.

After that, you just strolled around the city until sunset and eyed interesting things, making sure that neither Qian nor Zhongli went off on their own for things they've found an interest in. It was indeed fun, but it almost felt like you had to babysit Zhongli as well who almost always wanders around to buy things without preparing money with him.

"Mommy, how come Daddy isn't allowed to bring money with him?" Qian asks, running along the edge of the docks, pretending that his Mr. Cyclops can fly. Zhongli was certainly caught by surprise and a tint of pink was seen on his face as he forcefully coughs onto his fist-- most likely embarrassed for the reason. You snickered, eyeing the man from the side of your eyes before looking over to the little boy. "He is bad at managing money, so that is why mommy has them. And also because daddy always forgets to bring his money," you answered. "When he was courting me, I had to pay for most things to which he will pay by taking me out for dinner." It was only times that Zhongli can date onto a calendar, that he will remember to bring money. Other than that? Expect to bring your wallet.

"How did daddy manage to marry mommy like that?" he asks, surprised and draws his full attention to the two of you. "Well, daddy has other charms to look at. He's especially good in b--" Zhongli immediately covers your mouth, knowing full well of what you were about to say. "I would take whatever means necessary to marry your mother-- mora aside, of course," Zhongli states, hearing you laugh from beside him, though having a mouth over you.

You remove his hand to add on but was then cut off by putting a hand over your mouth. He laced his arm around your waist and draws you close before removing the hand and placing a kiss on your cheek. "I'm just kidding. You know I will never say that," you say, giggling at his attempt to shut you up.

"Ew, daddy is kissing mommy!" Qian spoke, drawing your attention to the young boy. "It was just a kiss on the cheek.." you say. "That is still kissing!" Qian defends.

You chuckled. "Alright, come here, Qian. It's time to go home and make dinner," you say, outstretching a hand for him to hold. He excitedly runs towards you and grabs hold of your free hand, your other being held by Zhongli.

After dinner, you all sat in the living room for some more family bonding time, Qian now presenting his horns as he plays with his new toys along with his old ones. But it didn't take long for the hours to pass before looking at the clock and decided that it was time for Qian to go to sleep.

"Alright, Qian, time to go to sleep," you say. "But I still want to play with Mr. Cyclops.." He pouts. "You can play with Mr. Cyclops tomorrow, okay? He won't leave," you assured. He was a bit reluctant, but soon allowed you to pick him up to bring him to his bedroom, Zhongli trailing behind.

You helped him change into sleepwear and tuck him nicely under the blanket, then turning on the lamp on his bedside table and turning off the light before returning to sit on the edge of his bed. "Good night, Qian. Let mommy and daddy see you in your dreams," you say softly and kiss his forehead. "Good night.. Mommy.." With that, his eyelids fell heavy, drifting him off to dream land.

You stood up and turn to look at the door, seeing Zhongli's eyes glowing much brighter in the dark room. One more look at Qian before you made your way to Zhongli who waited outside the hall, leaving the door slightly open as usual.

"I'm tired." You yawned, wiping a tired tear from the corner of one of your eyes. Zhongli chuckles lowly and caught you by surprise by picking you up, bridal style. "Then, it must be time for my dear to sleep as well," Zhongli says, smiling down at you as he walks to yours and his bedroom where he lies you down and crawling to the other side of the bed, getting underneath the blanket with you.

You muzzled into his chest, letting him wrap his strong arms around you closely and engulfing you in his warmth. "Good night, my dear." He kisses your forehead. You hummed, tired, and said, "Good night, my love."

He was out, again, on a request from some rich heiress who has been having sleepless nights because of some ghost that hunts her house. The details didn't concern you and you couldn't care less about the heiress or her situation. In fact, you wish that she suffered from it, but you wouldn't say that out loud. Alright, to come clean, you were upset that she had to suddenly come and request for the best exorcist on the one day he was going to take a break since he didn't have any requests. You were deprived of love from him, so it was completely understandable.

"It's not fair.. He never spends time with me, and when we do have time, it's always at night-- when he comes home!" you shout in anger, poking the cake with your fork aggressively, Xingqiu watching fearfully and in silence, afraid to upset you any more than you already were. However, much to his already frightened state, you had to go and glare at him. "Hey, say something, you good-for-nothing bookworm!"

He flinches. "U, uh.. Well, we can do something to take your mind off of him for a while.. Until he comes back, of course," he suggests, sweat dropping frivolously and hands shaking slightly when he takes hold of his cup. He takes a sip, trying hard to maintain eye contact with you, hiding his quivering lips behind the cup.

Unfortunately and fortunately for him, it seemed that you were not up for the idea, but you didn't yell, sighing as you dip into your seat. Feeling relieved, Xingqiu sets his cup down, "Well, we can always hit the book--" You glared at him which made him shut up to further irritate you and remained silent. He honestly don't know how you and Chongyun managed to last as long as your relationship goes with you being the way you were.

Not wanting to stay any longer, he looks for an excuse, looking at his imaginary watch. "Oh, would you look at that.. It's my curfew now, so I best be off. See you tomorrow, (Y/N)." He stood up and hastily made his way to the door and turn to look at you over her shoulders. "Don't worry about the bill. This is my family's business, after all." With that, he left you where you were, not getting a chance to stop him.

You sighed, letting your mind wander around in the lonely table for a while until deciding to head home, guessing that Chongyun would be home anytime soon-- if he was to come home tonight, that is.

Unfortunately, he didn't come home and so, Xingqiu was stuck babysitting you until your boyfriend came home to deal with you. You were getting impatient, upset, but most of all, needy for his love.

So, when he came home at night, you were elated to see him home. However, that happiness-- although still there-- was replaces with concern for the bluenette. He looked exhausted. "Hey, you look tired," was the first thing you said when he stepped inside. "Oh, do I?" he asks, and as if on cue, he stumbles forward, his eyelids becoming unbearably heavy. Lucky for him, your fast reflexes caught him. You sighed and carried him in your arms, walking towards your shared bedroom, where you engulfed him in your warmth.

When the sun rose, hinting for a new day, Chongyun was still asleep in your arms. You, however, were wide awake and was lacing your fingers through his soft, blue hair and kissed his forehead. The reason you and Chongyun remained together was that you were very caring for the boy-- though Xingqiu wouldn't believe that, seeing as you had straight-up exploded at him for reasons he wasn't involved with.

Chongyun's eyelids fluttered open, revealing his beautiful set of eyes. "Good morning," you say softly. Being the smaller spoon, he looks up to meet your eyes. He smiles and greets your a good morning as well. You two remained in each other's embrace for a while, before Chongyun sighs, "I have more requests of me.." he confesses, but you held him closer. "Those can wait. Today, you are resting at home whether you like it or not," you say. Chongyun would fight, but he knew you too well to know that you would go extra measure such as tying him to the bed to makes sure he stayed put.

"I'll make breakfast and after that, we can cuddle, okay?" you suggest, to which he hums in agreement, liking the idea of spending time with you. You did just that-- getting up and making breakfast for the two of you. Afterwards, you two returned to the bedroom, just enjoying in each other's presence all day.

The positions kept on changing at the cuddle session that you were now the one who was laying on your beloved's chest, listening to his heartbeat. "Hey, you don't need to go out every time someone requests for you, you know?" you say, breaking the comfortable silence.

"But I have to know.. How to control this congenital--" You cut him off, tired of him repeating the same thing. "I know, but you do know I'm here too, right?" you say. "We're not spending much time." The one thing you have ever wanted to come clean about, finally lifted something within you. You have always wanted to talk to him about it, but respected him too much to do so.

"I.. I'm sorry, (Y/N). I didn't think I.." Chongyun trails, feeling bad that he made you feel so lonely all this time. "It's fine. I will wait for you anyway," you said, wrapping your arms around him and burying your head closer to his chest, wanting the silence once more.

However, things started to turn away from that cute cuddle session when you move your hands underneath his shirt, rubbing his sides slowly. You confess, secretly of course, that while he was away, you have.. Done some shameful things with yourself. And now that he is back, it flared up even more, wanting more than just a hug from him. You also admit that you may or may not have planned the majority of today to lead it up to this point.

"Chongyun, don't you know how much I missed you?" you ask, feeling your lips tugging to a naughty smile as you trail your hands on his stomach. You looked up and see that his face was flaring red. "Well?" You moved closer to his face. "I, I, uhm.."

You smiled, showing eyes of hunger and leaned towards one of his ears. "I'll show you," you whispered huskily, your hands now trailing below his waist-- to his crotch.

He moans when your hands were pressing against his crotch, though not going past the thin clothing that blocks your hands from his private. "(Y- Y/N), we-- ngh..!" He stops when you stroked his thing beneath. "Do you want to know what I've been doing, Chongyun?" you ask. "All the naughty things I've been thinking about for when you come home?"

You see that his positive energy is emitting that will replace his soon-to-be gone cold exterior. "I'm sure you want to, no?" you ask again, smiling at the male. When he doesn't answer, you spoke again. "I need an answer, Chongyun."

He nods quickly. Your eyes narrowed and crashed your lips with his, soon slipping your tongue inside and fought for dominance-- to which you won. The kiss, your hand that soon slipped below his underpants, and the other feeling his sides and stomach-- it was all too much for the exorcist, moaning as he let you do whatever you want with him.

You pulled away from the kiss, a thin line of saliva connecting your lips. "Why don't you rest for a week?" you suggest, a smirk placing on your lips as your eyes grows darker, filled of lust. "I'll take care of it."

Hello.. ;-; I've been taken a break for a while now, if you guys haven't noticed. I feel that that break from the negativity from the Genshin fandom was really needed.

I'll be taking a little more time for myself to get my head cleared. I'm writing this because I need to get some motivation to write again. My contractor might become unhappy if they see that I haven't written anything with an original story that I've been making.
