It's my 7 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳
Info: Tommy never believed his sister when she said she was threatened by his enemies, but when injuries happen, Tommy is quick to make sure y/n knows how much he cares.
Relationship: Tommy Shelby x sister
Part 1
The situation kept replaying in Tommy’s mind. Shooting the man, running to y/n, seeing his sister surrounded by her own blood and Michal leaning over her, begging her to stay with him as he held pressure to the wound, his arm bleeding from the shoulder. Tommy remembered shouting for someone to grab a doctor, and two men running out with a gurney, transferring his sister on it before rushing into the hospital. He remembered trying to get by them to be with his sister while nurses held him back, telling him to sit down and wait till the doctor came out.
Michal managed to get away with a few stitches, and a telling off from Polly about being so careless to try and take down two men when he was on his own. Y/n however, had fared out with serious injuries, and Tommy couldn’t help but blame himself. If he had of believed her than she probably wouldn’t be in this situation. She wouldn’t be lying in the hospital bed with Tommy holding her hand, her family coming in and out to see if there was any change. She was the one who took care of the patients who came an went, she wasn’t meant to be one. Instead, she lay on the bed while Tommy kept his head down, a grip on her hand, refusing to leave her side.
------------------------
“Any change.” Tommy looked up to see his aunt Pol standing at the door.
“No, nothing.” Tommy spoke, dropping his head to look at y/n.
“What did the doctor say?” She asked, moving into the room, and Tommy seen Michal following behind, winching as he jolted his arm as he sat down.
“They managed to get the bullet out but there was a ruptured vessel. They managed to stop it so it’s just a waiting game.” Tommy explained, rubbing y/n’s knuckles with his thumb.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t save her.” Michal spoke up, and Polly shook her head as she looked at her son.
“Don’t blame yourself pet, it wasn’t your fault.” She smiled before turning to Tommy, “It was your idiotic cousins’ fault.”
Tommy looked at Pol to see her piercing glare.
“Yeah, I get it, I messed up, is that what you want to fucking hear?” Tommy snapped, not liking his aunt at him when he knew he had messed up.
“Yeah Tommy, it is. You need to realize that if it wasn’t for you y/n probably wouldn’t be in this situation. This could have been prevented if you had just listened to her. But no, you had to be so high on your horse to believe her didn’t you.” Polly snapped at her nephew, and Michal looked away, not sure where to look. “Who was he anyway?”
“Doesn’t matter, he’s sorted. Won’t get near her again.” Tommy spoke, looking down at y/n and kissing her hand as he ran a finger down her face.
After an hour or so, Polly and Michal left with Polly promising she’d be around tomorrow, and warned Tommy to call if anything changed. Arthur and John had came by and said that they would be outside the door if Tommy needed them, stating that she needed all the protection she could get after the events of the evening, and Tommy agreed, saying that when y/n came through, he would be sure that a peaky blinder was around her 24/7, whether she liked it or not. He wasn’t going to let anything happen to her again. He realized just how much leverage his enemies would have over him if they got to y/n. She was his light, and Tommy knew that she was his everything.
That night Tommy refused to sleep. He spent the night sitting in the seat beside y/n’s bed, leaning back and staring into space. Grace had came by to try get him to come home, Charles had been wondering where his daddy was, but Tommy refused, stating that his sister needed him. This lead to an argument between the two, with Grace furious that he would choose his sister over her soon, but Tommy took no mind as his priorities lay with his sister. She was injured because of an error he made, and he wasn’t going to leave until he knew that she was okay.
It wasn’t until the early hours of the morning when an improvement to y/n’s condition was made. Tommy was knocked out of his thoughts by a slight movement of the hand he had never let go of since he was let into see y/n. Looking down, he could see y/n’s finger moving ever so slightly that he thought that it was his sleep deprived state that was making him feel it. But when he looked up at y/n and seen her head move to the side he knew he wasn’t hallucinating what he wanted to happen, it was in fact happening. In his desire to get y/n to waken up some more, Tommy stood up and leaned over his sister, placing a hand on the top of her head as he brushed back some lose hairs.
Y/n hummed as she felt the cool water hit the back of her throat. Licking her lips, she moved her head away from the cup Tommy had at her lips and winched as she swallowed. Tommy brought his hand back to hers and rubbed it between both his hands as he watched her try to open her eyes. Y/n struggled for a few minutes before finally opening her eyes, shutting them just as quick as she opened them when the light came to view. Blinking, she opened them once again, and Tommy came into her view, a slight smile on his face.
“Hmm, Tommy.” Y/n muttered dryly, smacking her lips together trying to get moisture to them as she kept her eyes closed with tiredness.
“Y/n, can you open your eyes love.” Tommy asked softly, rubbing his thumb around the palm of her hand.
“Water.” Y/n stated, though Tommy struggled to hear it with y/n’s dry throat.
“Here you go.” Tommy stated, quickly moving to the side of the room and filling a small cup with water, bringing it to her lips so she could drink.
Y/n indicated weakly with her hand for Tommy to come towards her and Tommy looked at her before sighing and moving back beside her bed. He took her hand once again and y/n smiled, squeezing it.
“Hey you.” He spoke gently, and y/n smiled slightly.
“Hey.” Y/n replied, moving to get up but gave up upon feeling pain.
"How you feeling love?"
"Like I've been hit by a bullet?" She joked, smile fading as she watched her brothers reaction.
"Y/n I'm so sorry for not believing you when you told me some guy threatened you. I should of trusted you and went to deal with him as soon as you said. But I didn't, and now look where you are." Tommy stated, throwing his hands up in frustration.
"Tommy, it's okay." Y/n tried to calm him down.
"No, it's not. And don't play it down like it is. You could of died y/n, and that would of been for my stupidness." Tommy said, standing up forcibly.
"Yeah, and I was beyond hurt that you didn't believe me. But you saved me from a worse faith Tommy. You got him and got help before it was too late. You may not see it but if it wasn't for you turning up when you did I would be very dead right now." Y/n explained to Tommy, and he looked at her with unease. "Come here."
" I thought you'd hate me." Tommy spoke in a small voice, one y/n hadn't heard in a long time.
"We make mistakes Tommy, and we learn from them. Be glad nothing terrible happened, don't overthink what you could of done. I'm here, and I'll hold it against you, but I could never hate you. That's not in my blood. Besides, the rest of the family hate you enough for me." Y/n stated, smiling slightly to ease Tommy's worry. "I love you Tommy, that will never change."
"I love you too." Tommy smiled, kissing y/n's hand, "and from now on someone will be with you at all times."
"Course they will." Y/n muttered before smiling at Tommy, knowing it would make him feel better.
Details: Peter and his sister y/n live in the Avengers tower with Tony Stark as their guardian. At home, she seems fine but in school, she's far from fine. With the bullying being constant she ends up making herself ill/ How will the avengers react when they find out?
Ding!!! The bell went off, signalling the end of school. Y/n gathered her bits and pieces before heading towards her locker. Once sorted she closed her locker and turned to see a group of girls. Not just any girls, r/g/n's (Random Girls Name) group.
"Oh look, it's the orphan." R/g/n teased causing the other three girls to laugh. "Leave me alone r/g/n" Y/n sighed, trying to get by. "Oh we haven't even started yet." R/g/n stated, pushing her back into the lockers/
Y/n looked over the group of girls heads to see her brother and his best friend Ned walk out of the school. She sighed as Happy drove off.
"I bet her parents killed themselves to get away from her. I mean, who could live with that face living with them." Another girl in the group stated. "I know I can barely stand seeing it in school." R/g/n agreed as the others laughed. R/g/n grabbed y/n's chin, forcing her to look her in the eye.
"Your just a nobody y/n. Just face it. Your ugly, fat and somebody no one cares about. You could die today and no one would care. Peter just acts like he cares about you but he doesn't give a damn. As soon as he's able to leave you, he will. Your a loner and no one will ever want you. Your a pain to everyone. The fact that I'm talking to you right now is a miracle. Do us all a favor and leave. Never return here again." R/g/n hissed at y/n before throwing her away from the group. "Stay away from here slut." One yelled. "We don't want to see you until you lose some pounds." Another followed as y/n left. "More like lose the ugliness." R/g/n stated to her group once y/n was out of sight causing the girls to laugh.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
"What about y/n?" Peter asked as Happy drove off. "She was late so I headed off." Happy replied. "But hows she supposed to get home?" "She has feet doesn't she?" "Well yeah but........" "Listen kid, Tony wants you home as soon as possible. Y/n will be fine on her own." Peter sighed and slouched in his seat. "What does Tony want that we couldn't wait for y/n?" "I don't know Peter. Why don't you ask him when we get there?" Happy exclaimed, getting annoyed. "Still think we should of waited." Peter said after a moments silence. "Peter." Happy exclaimed causing Peter to keep quiet.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Y/n entered the Avenger tower lobby. She quickly got in the elevator and pressed the top floor.
"Miss Y/n, welcome back." Jarvis voiced as Y/n stood in the elevator. "Thank you Jarvis." "Shall I inform the others of your arrival?" "No!! I mean, no Jarvis, thank you. I'm a little tired so I think I might lay down." "You do seem pale miss Y/n, shall I inform Doctor Banner to check on you?" "No Jarvis, there will be no need. I should be fine after a good rest." "Alright. I'll wake you when dinner is ready." "Don't bother. I'll get it when I wake." Y/n lied. "Very well. Rest well miss y/n." "Thank you Jarvis." Y/n sighed as she pulled her curtains closed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Jarvis, inform everyone that dinner is ready." Pepper asked. "Informing tower residents of dinner." Jarvis recited.
One by one the avengers slowly piled into the kitchen. They each grabbed a plate before heading into the kitchen. Tony messed with Peters head as he passed him before eating in silence.
"Where's y/n?" Peter asked after a few minutes silence. "I don't know, she should be down here by now." Pepper stated. "Jarvis, where's y/n." Tony asked. "Miss y/n is sleeping sir. She asked me not to disturb her if dinner was ready before she woke." Jarvis said. "Why on earth is she sleeping at 5 during the day?" Natasha asked. "Only one way to find out." Tony stated as he got up and left the room.
Tony left the avengers and made his way to the elevator. Once he got to y/n's room he knocked and waited for an answer. Upon getting no answer he opened the door to see y/n laying in bed. Moving closer he noticed sweat all over her body. He carefully placed his hand on y/ns forehead before pulling it back. He moved the covers and gasped at what he seen.
"Jarvis get doctor banner, now." Tony ordered with worry laced in his voice. "Right away sir." Tell him to hurry."
"Tony, what's wrong?" "Look at y/n." Tony said as he moved towards Bruce. "Oh no." "What?" "Get her to my lab. Jarvis tell Peter to meet us there. I'll go get things sorted." Bruce ordered as he rushed off.
------------------------------------
Y/n slowly began to move. Peter sat up as she slowly opened her eyes. Blinking, she turned to face her brother.
"She's awake." Peter called, turning to face his sister. "WHat happened?" "Your body began to shut down due to lack of food and nutrients." Bruce explained, checking over her. "Wanna explain why you were starving yourself to near death." Tony asked, crossing his arms at the bottom of the bed. "Notings going on." Y/n blurted out. "I didn't ask what was going. But something must be for you to say that." Y/n sighed and looked down. "The girls, they wouldn't leave me alone. Fat, ugly, slut, a nobody, orphan, all they did was go on my looks or how I live. I had enough of it, I wanted to be like them. Pretty, but I wasnt. I thought starving myself would work." "Is that why you cut yourself?" Peter asked sadly. Y/n looked at Peter. "I'm sorry Peter. I know you said I could go to over anything but I felt alone." Y/n said as she broke down. "It's okay, we an help you. You'll get better, I promise." Peter said as he placed his hand on y/ns shoulder.
----------------------------------------------
4 months later, y/n was in the kitchen eating breakfast. With the help of the avengers she became better. She slowly gained weight and soon felt confident in her own body. Tony and Steve had went into the school to talk to the principal and the girls who bullied y/n into starving and cutting herself were suspended till further notice. Overall y/n was much happier the she was to start with. And it was the avengers who, liked true heros, helped her.
I'm trying something so hopefully it works out well. You submit the form and I email you your letter from your comfort character.
Y/n woke up to the clock shining 12am and turned her head to see Sky still lying beside her. She smiled softly and moved to sit up, careful not to wake her. She stood up and went to move to the doors only for a voice to scare her.
"You always were one to sneak out after spending the night in here, always gave us a heart attack in the mornings when we seen you gone." Riven stated as y/n turned her attention to the specialist who leaned against his bed rest. "Well I never wanted to get caught, didn't need to cause trouble as a first year." Y/n stated and Riven chuckled lightly, shaking his head. "I'm pretty sure Silva knew we did it considering the fact he seen you and Sky last night and didn't say anything." Riven stated and y/n sighed, looking down. "What do you want Riven, to start at me again." "No, I want to apologize, I was angry and hurt and I took it out on you and I shouldn't have. I should of never said any of those things to you or used the things you told me against you and so I apologize." Riven stated as he stood up and moved towards his fairy friend who raised an eye brow at him. "So the famous bad boy Riven is apologizing." Y/n smiled sarcastically and Riven rolled his eyes. "Some people are worth softening up for." "Okay now your getting all soft." Y/n stated and Riven smiled at her as he moved back to his bed. "Don't get too used to it." He stated as he moved to lie down on the bed once again. "Goodnight Riven." Y/n smiled. "Night y/n." Riven saluted her as she left, closing the door behind her.
Carefully y/n moved towards the fairies suite area, before opening the door slowly before seeing the lights still turned on. She looked around in confusion to see Aisha plaiting her hair, Bloom at her desk, Musa on her phone and Terra moving plants around. The ice fairy also noticed the absence of a certain light princess.
"Is Stella moved?" Y/n asked Musa in confusion as she stood with the mind fairy as they watched Terra sorting the plants. "Heard rumors of her mother pulling her out due to the burned and frozen ones, came back to her room empty, nothing there. And I think someone is missing her." Musa stated and Terra turned to face the two abruptly. "What, no I'm not." Terra stated and Y/n and Musa looked at each other knowingly. "I'm going to pretend to believe you." Y/n smiled before moving away towards the living area, sitting on the couch until a smash was heard.
Y/n turned her attention to the room the other girls headed too and chuckled slightly when she seen it was a plant that had fallen over. She smiled at Aisha as she left into the room she shared with Bloom before turning on her phone to see a text from Sky, asking her where she left to. Her attention abruptly turned to Bloom and Aisha's room as bloom rushed out of the dorm, causing y/n to look at Aisha with a frown.
"What the hell was that all about?" Y/n asked the water fairy as Musa and Terra came back into the room. "We need to talk about Bloom, she's been single minded about her birth parents and Rosalind for weeks, and now it seems like she doesn't care at all. Are we actually meant to believe that she is just over it?" Aisha asked her three room mates and y/n looked around at the three first years. "Perhaps she's trying to deal with the things she's been told?" Y/n suggested causing Aisha to shake her head in disagreement. "I know she's keeping something from us I just don't know what it is. Why is she texting Dane?" "She was texting Dane? Riven says he's still Team Beatrix." Terra stated causing y/n to look at her in confusion. "Somethings going on, I just don't know what." Aisha stated and Musa and Terra nodded in agreement. "I just wanted a normal year." Y/n groaned before leaving the three first years alone and heading to her room, getting ready for bed.
---------------------------------------
Y/n sighed as she walked towards the training area, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. Her attention came to Riven and Musa and she smiled at their interaction before heading towards where the ice fairies were training. She moved closer towards the benching area when someone grabbed her arm gently.
"Whoa Sky, what?" Y/n asked, catching her breath as the shock went down. "Sorry, where did you go last night? I woke up around 2 and you weren't there." He asked and y/n smiled with a slight chuckle. "You know I always left in the middle of the night last year and yet you always wondered where I got to." Y/n mocked him and Sky nodded, rolling his eyes. "Yeah well forgive me for caring about my friend." Sky stated and y/n laughed gently. "I headed back to my suite, did you know Stella left Alfea with her mom" "Yeah, she never told me but I assumed with what was going on, you know her mom, goes wherever she pleases and does whatever she likes." "True, I'm sorry she didn't tell you." Y/n spoke sympathetically, taking Sky's hand in hers. "Hey that's the way our relationship was messy and on and off and...." "Toxic." Y/n finished causing Sky to laugh slightly. "Yeah, possibly." "Hey I don't have anything on apparently and neither do you, why don't we head to somewhere quite." Y/n suggested, looking at Sky as he nodded his head. "Sure, why not." Sky smiled and the two headed off away from the training area.
Y/n smiled softly and wrapped her arm around Sky's as they walked through the woody area in silence. Sky looked down and smiled at his fairy friend before turning his head at the sound of rustling in the distance. Y/n looked up in confusion as Sky stopped before hearing it too. Scrunching her eyes, y/n moved towards the noise with Sky following close behind. Her eyes widened when she seen Bloom at the magic circle, performing some form of magic.
"This where the overachievers hang out?" Sky stated sarcastically, moving out of the bushes to stand in front of Bloom as she turned towards them. "Yeah it get's uh, loud in the suite." Bloom stated, eyeing y/n as she came into view. "What's that?" Sky asked Bloom, nodding at the metal object that Bloom had covered quickly with a book. "That is a book. Bit concerned you've never seen one." Bloom stated sarcastically causing y/n to lift her eye brows in shock. "I don't want to do this Bloom." Sky sighed, shifting his feet slowly." "Hmm?" Bloom hummed in question. "I don't wanna lie to each other and I don't wanna play a game." Sky stated as y/n moved closer to Bloom. "There's no game." Bloom stated as she moved to block y/ns path. "Silva wanted me to watch you, I told him that he was crazy, that there was nothing going on. And that you were frustrated and you wanted answers and you were gonna find..." "You've been spying on me? And you just blindly did what he said." Bloom asked, moving closer to Sky in a threatening way. "He gave me an order." Sky stated. "Which he could of given to anyone but he used you, used our friendship, are you..." Bloom sighs in frustration, "But I'm the bad guy right." She stated in dibelief.
Y/n looked down as Sky looked at Bloom with sorrow in his eyes only for said fire fairy to scoff and move away from him and towards her bag. Y/n groaned as Sky followed after her and grabbed the book she held in her hand, opening it to reveal the metal object Bloom had covered a few moments ago. Y/n moved closer to Sky to see as Bloom tried to avoid eye contact with either of them when Sky threw the book down, looking at the object.
"What is this Bloom?" Y/n asked as Sky looked up at the red haired fairy, waiting for an answer. "I'm trying to be on your side here but your making it really difficult." Sky stated as Bloom looked up at him, "Bloom, you can trust me" "I'm not sure I can trust you, But maybe I can convince you that what I'm doing is right." Bloom stated, looking down with determination. "Help us understand." Y/n stated, and Sky glanced at her before turning his attention back to Bloom. "Have you ever heard of Aster Del?" Bloom asked Sky.
Y/n moved towards the book and began to read over it as Bloom began to explain the Sky all about Alfea. The latter stood in silence, placing the piece of metal down onto the stone as he listened to the fire fairy explain everything. Y/n glanced at him as he began to speak.
"I've lived in Alfea all my life, Silva raised me." Sky stated in disbelief. "I saw Aster Del with my own eyes." Bloom stated, leaning against the stone. "He'd never help massacre an entire village." "Even if he thought he was killing the burned ones? If he thought he'd save more lives in the future?" Bloom stated and Sky sighed, moving to stand beside Bloom as she turned to face away from the stone circle, y/n watching on.
"I don't think that Dowling and Silva are evil Sky. I think that they are protecting this place but they are also protecting themselves. So, whatever happened that day whatever the truth is there not going to tell me." Bloom stated, looking up at Sky as he looked down at her. "I know what it's like, not to know your parents." Sky stated and y/n smiled sadly, moving towards Sky and taking his hand in support, knowing the sensitivity of the subject. "At least those who raised you know your parents. You had stories, you saw pictures." Bloom stated.
Y/n looked down, removing her hand from Sky's and wrapped her arms around herself, remembering her parents fondly. She felt Sky bring a hand to her back before looking up when she heard fire light up.
"Right, cause you never need anyone's help." Sky stated as Bloom grabbed a water bottle from her bag. "Part of my charm." Bloom stated with a smile, handing the water bottle to Sky. "Frustration charm." Sky stated, taking the water bottle and moving to open it. "Cause your a fixer and I don't need to be fixed." Bloom stated as Sky took a drink from it. "I am a fixer, what'd you expect?" Sky asked as he offered the bottle to y/n before moving away when she took it. "I'm the son of a war hero raised in Alfea. I've heard more stories about the great Andreas than I can count. It's almost like he's still alive. But he's not, he's an ideal. Do you have any idea what it's like to live up to him?" Sky looked back as Bloom walked towards him "Hey, Sky "Bloom comforted him as y/n threw the bottle she held onto the stone circle to go towards Sky. "I'm a fixer cause I have to be, 'cause I'm supposed to be. Because, when I fix other people I don't have to think about how fucking broken I am." Sky stated and tears caught y/ns eyes as she went to comfort her friend when she felt dizzy. "Sky.." Bloom stated, bringing a hand up Sky's arm in comfort. "We're all broken Bloom, there's a charm in that too." Sky stated, moving closer to Bloom.
"Sky." Y/n called out, starting to lose her vision. "Y/n." Sky stated, moving away from Bloom and towards y/n as she landed on the ground. "Y/n" Sky told out, trying to reach his friend only to lose his balance dramatically. "Woah, what's happening?" "I'm sorry, it's just a sedative, Dane said it would just last for a little bit. I'm so sorry." Bloom apologized before Sky crashed to the ground beside y/n with a thump."
Info: Y/n hears a voice she hasn't heard from in months, and all she wants to do is see him in person, regardless of how risky.
Series masterlist
Bloom stood in Sebastians shop, talking to Sky on the phone while Sebastian and Saul sat in the back room. She was trying to get Sky to talk to Saul but was beginning to realize that there was no point in trying.
"Can you tell y/n at least, that her father's okay? I'm sure she's heard about what happened, might be good to hear it from you." Bloom asked, knowing how close y/n and him were.
"Y/n and I aren't talking at the moment, we uh, had a bit of a falling out." Sky stated, causing Bloom to sigh.
"No way of her talking to you?" Bloom asked before hearing Sky sigh.
"Call her, get him talking to her. I'm sure that would lift her spirits with all that's going on." Sky stated, wanting to get y/n smiling again.
"Okay, I'll try getting in contact with her." Bloom nodded, knowing that was all he would say.
"Look I've got to go, Andreas is back and despite how things are, I won't ruin this for y/n." Sky stated before hanging up the phone.
Bloom sighed and put her phone into her back pocket before moving into the back room where Saul and Sebastian was waiting. The two looked up at her expectantly as she walked in.
"Sorry Saul, umm.." Bloom started, not knowing what to say.
"Sky will come round." Silva stated with a slight smile, Sebastian nodding in agreement.
"Did you hear anything about Dowling while you were in the capital, I've tried everything but the solarians have given up." Bloom stated, frustrated in herself.
"Sorry Bloom I don't know where Dowling went." Silva apologized, shaking his head, "But Sebastian here has a knack of finding things, I'm sure he'll be able to find her somehow." He assured her as Sebastian nodded.
"I'm like a terrier." Sebastian agreed, laughing slightly.
"So what am I supposed to do, go back to school like everything's normal?" Bloom asked, not sure of what to say.
"No, because everything is not normal. And you need to remember that because Rosalind will try to wear you down and you will forget what normal used to feel like." Silva explained, before turning to Sebastian, "Meanwhile Luna has given Rosalind access to the royal archives."
"Shit." Sebastian cursed while Bloom stood in confusion.
"What's the royal archives?"
"The good stuff." Sebastian stated and Silva hummed in agreement.
"She's planning something big." Silva agreed, looking down slightly.
Bloom sighed and looked down, thinking it was her fault, that if she hadn't of been so selfish than Rosalind wouldn't have control and everyone would be safe. Silva looked at her and twitched slightly before asking the question that had been on his mind since he got free.
"How's y/n been handling all of this?" He asked, wanting to finally know answers.
"Not great, she's been broken since you left. Everyone thinks that something happened to her because she's just, drained from her usual self." Bloom admitted, knowing it was better to tell the truth than to lie to the concerned father.
"What do you mean?" Silva asked in confusion, worried for his daughters safety.
"Musa and Terra walked in on Rosalind and Andreas in y/n's room, Rosalind said something about her loosing control and used the cuff's that prevent magic against her. She told them she had heard about you going to Polaris and just lost it, kept saying how she just wanted her dad." Bloom spoke honestly, watching Silva's reaction.
"God, I wish I could just see her." Silva stated, putting his hand on his head, looking down.
Sebastian smiled awkwardly and placed a hand on his friends shoulder, trying to comfort him.
"Andreas is always calling for her, probably training her. But Sky suggested that I see if can get her alone, maybe you can call her. Might put her at ease, put you both at ease." Bloom suggested, not used to seeing Silva so disheartened.
"Yeah, yeah that would be great. I just need to hear her so I know she's alright." Silva stated, looking at her with hope.
"Your girl is strong. She'll be okay." Sebastian stated, smiling at Silva.
"I just want my daughter back." Silva stated, before leaving to get cleaned up.
------------------------------------------------------------
Y/n was making her way towards the specialist area when a student specialist came towards her, telling her Andreas wanted to see her. Sighing, she made her way down the dark hall way to see Sky leaning against the wall on his phone. They made eye contact but y/n just turned away, leaning against the wall a few feet away from him, not wanting to talk to him. She looked up as they heard vehicles pulling in, and her breath caught in her throat when she seen Andreas step out of the driving area and head towards her. Looking to the side, y/n seen Sky watching before folding her arms, turning her attention straight ahead as Andreas stopped in front of her. She rubbed her wrists in discomfort as the cuffs dug into her skin.
"I was told you wanted to see me." Y/n spoke, looking down.
"Saul escaped. No clue how but I'm sure he had help." Andreas stated, looking at her with folded arm.
"Well I didn't do it, I don't have any magic remember." Y/n stated sarcastically before flinching as Andreas raised a finger in warning.
"He's been shot twice in the back yet still managed to get away. Haven't found a body yet though." Andreas stated, watching y/n relax after becoming rigid hearing what happened.
"Well that's good, isn't it?" Y/n stated with a smile, glad his dad was possibly aright.
"Not when we find him it won't." Andreas stated before turning to face Sky. "Sky, come train with y/n." He called out to his son, causing y/n's eyes to widen, looking at Sky.
"What?" Y/n asked, looking at Andreas with wide eyes.
"Well you don't have you magic, might as well continue learning to defend yourself." Andrea's stated before walking off as Sky joined y/n's side.
"It'll be okay." Sky stated in comfort, putting an arm around y/n's shoulder before guiding her to the training area, hating that y/n had to go through this.
------------------------------
Y/n groaned in pain, holding her shoulder as she entered the suite where Musa, Stella ad Terra were talking in a corner. The trio glanced at her and watched as she winched in pain. Seeing the discomfort of the young fairy, Stella tried to move over to her, going for the shoulder only for y/n to grab her wrist.
"Leave it." Y/n stated, flinching away from Stellas grasp.
"Your hurt." Stella stated.
"It's fine, nothing I'm not used to at this stage." Y/n stated, causing the girls to give her a look of sympathy.
"What's there obsession with you?" Musa asked, confused on why the heads of school always pestered y/n.
"I'm Silvas daughter." Y/n shrugged, winching as she spoke her fathers name.
"And my mother thinks that y/n should be a protector of the solarian throne." Stella spoke, watching as y/n moved towards the couch to lie down.
"Has anyone seen my phone?" y/n asked, trying to change the subject.
The three girls shook their heads and y/n sighed before grimacing as she rubs her shoulder. Standing up from the couch, she cleared her throat before moving towards her room. She thought about what Andreas had said about her dad. Their encounter had made her become worried for her father, and she worried about whether or not he was alive. Blinking rapidly, y/n sat lay on her bed and stared at the ceiling, trying to keep calm as she heard a knock on the door.
"Go away." y/n called, wanting to be alone.
"Hey." Bloom peeped her head through the door to see y/n laying on her bed.
"If your gonna start asking me questions now's not the time." Y/n stated, thinking she was here to ask about something Musa said.
"Questions about what?" The fire fairy asked, genuinely confused.
"Doesn't matter, what do you need?"
"Oh nothing, just had something I thought you might like."
"What do you mean?"
Bloom stepped into the room and held up her hand from her side, allowing y/n to see what she was holding, y/n's phone. Y/n looked at it in confusion before glancing at Bloom warily.
"Where was it?" Y/n asked, unsure of how Bloom got hold of it.
"In the hall outside the door, thought you'd be looking for it."
"Thanks, just leave it on my desk." Y/n stated before hearing the phone ringing.
"I think you should get that." Bloom spoke innocently, holding the phone towards her fellow fairy.
"No one calls me, who is it?" Y/n asked, grabbing the phone from Bloom and answering it without looking at the contact.
"Hello?" Y/n asked in confusion, moving back to he bed as Bloom watched on.
"Y/n?" A voice she recognized came over the speaker.
"Dad?" Y/n asked, unsure of if she heard right or not.
"Hey sweetheart." Silva said with relief as he heard his daughters voice.
"Daddy." Y/n said again, tears coming to her eyes.
"Yeah sweetie, it's me." Silva smiled to himself as he savored the little conversation they would have.
"I thought you were dead, Andreas said...."
"Andreas thought I would be with all the arrows in my back, luckily your fellow fairy friends got to me." Silva explained.
Y/n turned to Bloom and looked at her wit ha smile, mouthing a thank you to her before red haired fairy left.
"Where are you? Are you coming back to Alfea? I need to see you, please come back, it's been hell without you." Y/n stated, determined to see her father again.
"I know, sweetie, it's been hell without being able to see you too. But I can't return just yet, I can't risk being seen." Silva spoke with sorrow, wanting to hold his daughter close to him.
"Maybe I can go to you, I'm sure I can sneak out, I can...."
"Y/n no, its too risky. I wish you could but Bloom told me about Andreas training you, he'll find out if you left and make it worse on you. Please, don't do anything stupid." Silva pleaded with his daughter, wanting nothing more than to be with her but knowing the consequences.
"Dad, please."
"Y/n please." Silva repeated what she pleaded, hoping to get a laugh out of her, and he smiled hearing a slight laugh.
"Are you okay? You were locked up for a long time and I don't imagine it's a pretty place to be." Y/n asked, concerned about her fathers welfare.
"I'm fine, nothing I can't handle, I've lived through worse." Silva shrugged off, not worried about himself, "What about you, how are you keeping, I can't imagine how hard this has been for you."
"I'm tired of it dad. Andreas keeps training me as a specialist but I don't want that. I haven't got the strength for it. Every time we train he gets Sky to fight me and I'm to one who ends up on the ground. I don't want to train as a specialist dad, I'm a fairy." Y/n explained as she heard her dad sigh on the other end of the phone.
"I know sweetie, and I'm sorry that he's doing that to you. How many injuries have you had?"
"I don't think you want to know." Y/n shook her head, not wanting to tell her father any of her injuries.
"But I do." Silva stated, trying to encourage her to open up.
"Few scrapes, bruises, nothing major." Y/n shrugged, half lying.
"That it?" Silva asked, reading through the lines.
"Uhuh." Y/h responded half out of it.
"Y/n, what you thinking?" Silva asked, realizing his daughter was only half listening.
"Just, thinking of when I'll see you again." Y/n stated, tears coming to her eyes.
"It won't be long, I'm sure of it. For now just sit tight and be the brave girl I know you can be." Silva encouraged his daughter, smiling slightly.
Y/n smiled slightly before looking up at the knock of a door, her frown disappearing as she recognized the knock.
"I gotta go. Andreas is here." Y/n spoke quickly into the phone, and Silva went stiff at the name.
"Be careful y/n, I love you so much and I am proud of you." Silva spoke, not wanting y/n to go but knowing the longer the spoke the more dangerous it would be of his location being found.
"I love you too dad. I'll see you soon." Y/n stated before hanging up and throwing the phone on the bed before answering the door to see Andreas standing there.
"Y/n, ready to train." Was all he asked and y/n gulped.
"I've already done training today." She stated.
"Not with me, Rosalind." The older man spoke and y/n shivered, flinching as pain shoot up her back.
Knowing there was no use in fighting, y/n nodded and willingly followed Andreas. The man narrowed his eyes at how willing y/n was but just shook his head, leading y/n towards the headmistresses office. Y/n sighed as she glanced at Beatrix who sat at the assistants desk. The element fairy smirked at y/n causing y/n to turn her vision straight ahead where Rosalind opened the door after Andreas knocked.
"I think it's time to start your magic control. Get you ready to protect the solarian throne." Rosalind spoke as she closed the door behind y/n, leaving it just her and the student.
"I told you I don't want to become a solarian guard." y/n stated before winching as she felt the diamond on her back.
"You will learn to do as you are told." Rosalind snapped, causing y/n to flinch more at he pain.
Sighing in defeat y/n nodded and Rosalind smiled in success and nodded before moving to her desk where she grabbed a book. Y/n looked at her as she placed the book in front of the student before looking down at the book. Reading the title, y/n looked back up at Rosalind in confusion.
"This is the book of sacred magic." Y/n stated.
"You need to know this book if your going to become a soldier." Rosalind stated.
"But..."
"Enough buts, get on with it or face consequences." Rosalind stated, holding her hand up, causing y/n to choke.
"Please, stop." Y/n gasped for air as she looked at Rosalind.
Eventually Rosalind stopped when y/n was near passing out. Y/n coughed out as she gained her breath back, and Rosalind moved closer to y/n, leaning down so she was close to her ear.
"Your fathers not here to protect you now y/n, remember that."
Y/n just sat there, staring ahead as she listened. 'I just ant to see my dad again' y/n thought as Rosalind moved away from her.

“Y/N, your needed at makeup.” One of the producers called through your trailer door. “coming.” You called wiping your face.
You made your way into your, f/c, bathroom and splashed your face with water to remove the tear stains on your cheeks before leaving your trailer. As you locked up you bumped into your older brothers of four years, Max and Charlie.
“Hey Y/N.” Max smiled throwing his arm around me. “Hi.” You smiled softly. “Are you ok?You seem, upset.” Charlie asked looking at you with concern. “I’m fine. Just tired.” You lied. “If your sure, but you’d tell us if something was up, right?” “Course. I’ve to head to makeup.” You shrugged before leaving them for makeup.
After getting your hair and makeup done you made my way to wardrobe. You played the character Eve, which was Aiden and Ethans little sister. Once you were in your dark purple top, black skinny jeans, dark purple top and black leather jacket you made your way to set.
Dylan, Tyler, Holland and your brothers were there when you got there. You sat beside Holland who smiled at you before going back to talking to Dylan.
“Y/N and Tyler to set please, Y/N and Tyler.” You heard over the speakers.
You grabbed your script before heading off to the makeshift bedroom belonging to your character. I turned on the laptop and got ready on the bed.
“And action.”
I looked at the screen before grabbing a pen from beside the laptop and writing something on the notebook as there was a knock on the door.
“Come in.” You, Eve, said not looking up. “Hey.” Tyler, or Scott, said walking in. “Are you going to attack me again?” You asked looking up at him scared and going stiff. “Ok for the record it was Isaac that attacked you, not me.” He pointed. You rolled your eyes before going back to scrolling through the laptop. “Aiden and Ethan got hurt.” He said causing you to freeze. “What?” You asked looking up at him. “They were, umm, fighting some, creature, and it threw Ethan back. They’re bond thingy made Aiden also pass out.” He explained using hand motion. You looked at him in shock. “What!!” You screamed tears stinging causing him to jump. “Umm, yea. i was, umm, told to ..........get.............you.” He said hesitantly. You looked at him with tears rolling down your cheeks before slamming the laptop down and getting up. You walked past him before turning to him. “Well I can’t drive come on.” You called causing him to rush past you and you roll your eyes.
“Cut. Well done guys. Break for half and hour lunch.” The director called.
You made your way back to your trailer, trying to avoid your brothers and the rest of the cast. You managed to get into your trailer without anyone realizing and locked the door before bursting into tears.
Your boyfriend of 5 years had been secretly seeing someone else behind your back for the past year. To make it worse it was your best friend and he got her pregnant. He was your first actual boyfriend.
“Y/N?” You heard with a knock on the door. You recognized it as Crystal . You ignored her and lied on your bed, turning towards the wall. “Y/N are you ok?” Again you ignored her but cried harder. Crystal heard it. “I’m going to get your brothers.” She shouted through the door before leaving.
“Y/n?”You heard Max through the door. You didn’t say anything. “Y/n open the door.” He said banging on the door. You just stayed where you were. “Y/n I’m going to open the door myself if you don’t open it in 5″ charlie began to count.
After he got to 1 you heard the sound of a key turning and soon heard the door opening.
“Y/n?” Charlie asked as he and Max moved towards me. “Go away.” My voice cracked. “What’s wrong?” he asked softly sitting on your bed. “Noting, go away.” You said trying not to cry. “You and I both know that’s not true. Come here.” He pulled you up gently and made you sit properly. You looked up at them before looking down. “Have you been crying?” Max asked crouching in front of you. You said noting. “What happened y/n?” He asked you. “I broke up with bf/n.” You whispered before crying more. “What, why? I thought you were happy with him.” Charlie asked placing an arm around you. “He cheated on me with my b/f/n and got her pregnant.” “What!!” They shouted standing up. You looked at them. “I’ll kill him.”Max said. “Don’t.” You whispered. They looked at you in shock. “Y/N he hurt you.” Charlie said sitting beside you again. “Yea, and if you kill him then b/f/n child won’t have a dad. i couldn’t wish that upon the child as much as I hate it’s mother and father.” You said. They looked at each other. “Alright then. We’ll just talk to him.” Charlie said hugging you.
You cried into his chest as he rubbed your back.
“It’s ok. We’re here for you.” He whispered, kissing your head.
hi i love your work! could i please get an imagine where sky hurts the reader (emotional not physical) and they go to riven for comfort but then lots of fluff at the end with sky up to u how it all goes
For two years y/n and Sky had been dating, a year before starting at Alfea. The two were the type of couple that people wished to have, the type that people swore would be endgame. A specialist and an ice fairy that would always have each others back, both as fighters and as a couple. Their bond was so strong that people swore that if sole mates did exist, they would be an example of that. And that was proven even more so when Sky spent all summer with y/n as she dealt with the loss of her older brother. So when the two appear to have some conflict, people were shocked to say the least.
----------------------------------
Y/n sat at one of the benches, waiting for Sky to finish training for the day, the two had planned to walk the gardens before heading to y/n's dorm for a movie since she had a solo room due to her roommate leaving because of family. She smiled and greeted the specialists who passed her as they nodded at her in greeting. She turned her head to where Sky was fighting Silva and laughed gently as Silva managed to get Sky's sword from him. She was so caught up in watching her boyfriend and his mentor fighting that she didn't realize Riven sneaking up behind her.
"Stop staring at lover-boy." He called into her ear. Y/n gasped in surprise as she jumped, whipping her head towards the voice as she shot her hand up, ice shooting towards the specialist who managed to dodge the ice ball that went his way. "Oh my God Riven I am so sorry." Y/n apologized, cradling her hand as she looked down in shame. "Hey, it's okay. I shouldn't of scared you with the way your magic is at the minute." Riven spoke apologetically, pulling y/n into a hug in comfort.
Sky turned to look for y/n with a smile before it dropped when he seen his friend and roommate being close with her. His bottom lip twitched slightly as he watched Riven place his hand on y/ns back as she laughed at something he said. A feeling of jealousness rolled over him as he watched the two interact, unknowns' to them.
-----------------------------------------
Y/n waved by to Riven as he headed to the woods for a cigarette before turning to watch Sky once again. She smiled when she seen him finished and walking towards her. She frowned when he ignored her hey, instead grabbing his water bottle and heading back to the school building. Confused, y/n struggled to keep up with him, trying to block out to looks of other students as they seen the fairy chasing after her boyfriend. Sky finally stopped when they reached y/ns dorm and Y/n sighed as she closed the door, watching as Sky looked out the window.
"Sky, what's wrong?" Y/n asked softly, attempting to tough Sky's shoulder in comfort only for him to shrug it off. "You and Riven seem close." Sky replied, not looking at his girlfriend as he spoke to her. "What?" Y/n asked in confusion. "You and Riven, I seen you hugging each other and laughing." He stated. "That's what his is about? He tried to scare me and I accidentally threw ice at him." Y/n stated, confused on why he was acting like this. "Of course you couldn't control your magic." Sky stated with a role of his eyes. "What's that supposed to mean?" Y/n asked, crossing her arms and raising her eyebrows. "I just mean that suddenly you can't control your magic. Your weak y/n, how can you even be a fairy if you can't control them. Your a hazard y/n, a weak fairy who doesn't deserve to be here." Sky stated harshly causing y/n to gasp loudly. Tears built up in y/n's eyes as she tried to blink them away. "How could you say that to me? You know how hard it's been to keep my emotions in tract since the death of y/b/n (your brothers name)." Y/n stated, her voice breaking as Sky's face softened, realizing what he said. "Y/n, I " He tried to reach for her but she just shook her head and pulled the door open, running out towards the woods. "Fuck." Sky cursed, throwing his water bottle onto y/n's bed as he ran his hands over his face, angry tears building up as he sat in regret.
----------------------------------
Y/n struggled to see as she stumbled through the woods, leaning against a tree when she finally stops. Sobs travelled through her lips as she dropped on her knees, holding her hands to her chest as she leaned over, struggling to breath. She slammed her hands on the ground, allowing an outburst of ice to appear before it dissapeared as she leaned her back against the tree. Her breath caught in her throat as she heard the sound of someone waling towards her.
"Y/n?" Rivens voice travelled to her ears as she sobbed louder, bringing a hand to her face as she brought her knees to her chest. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked, uncomfortable of the situation at hand. "Sky, he used my powers against me because he thought me and you were.." She couldn't finish her sentence as she kept choking on her words. "Hey, hey, calm down, it's okay." Riven encouraged her as he crouched in front of her, placing a hand on her shoulder, rubbing it gently.
Riven stayed crouching in front of y/n as she calmed down, his anger for Sky rising along with disappointment on what his friend had done to his girlfriend. He was also confused on why it happened, knowing how much love Sky had for y/n. He watched as y/n caught her breath, before turning at the sound of twigs snapping in the distance.
"Hey y/n, why don't you go back to your dorm. I'll check on you later." He stated, seeing Sky in the distance. Y/n nodded and allowed Riven to help her up. "Thanks' Riven, I know you get uncomfortable around emotions so I appreciate you being here for me." Y/n smiled at him with red eyes. "Don't tell anyone, I need to keep up the toughness." He joked before watching the fairy leave before following after his room mate with anger coursing through his veins.
"What the hell do you think your playing at." Riven called out to his roommate, pushing him back when he turned to face him. "Riven, the hell." Sky stated, pushing back. "YOu insulted y/n about her powers, you know how insecure she's been about them since the loss of her brother." "I know, I messed up." Sky agreed, looking down in shame. "You did more than that, I found her crying in the woods. She loves you Sky and you her, so Idon't know why you..." "Where is she?" Sky asked, interrupting Riven. "In her down, but I sure as hell don't think she want's to see you right now." Riven stated but Sky ignored him, pushing past him as he made his way to Y/n's dorm.
Sky rushed towards y/n's room, not bothering to knock as he opened the door, just wanting to get to her. He sighed in relief when he seen her asleep. Walking towards her, he moved some hair behind her ear, frowning when he seen the tear tracks running down her cheeks.
Slowly, he lies down behind his girlfriend and wraps his arms around her from behind. She groaned and slowly opened her eyes, looking back in confusion before seeing Sky, attempting to move away but failing as his hold on her tightened. Tears began to fall down her cheeks once again as she choked back a sob causing Sky to shush her, bringing a hand up to wipe away the tears with his thumb. Carefully he moved her so she was facing him, pulling her closer to his chest as he rubbed her back in an attempt to calm her down.
"Why did you say it? It's not like you" She asked after somewhat calming down. "I know, but I regret it." He replied, caressing her cheek gently as he brought the baby hairs away from her face. "It really hurt me hearing you say that." She whimpered, causing his grip to tighten on her. "I know, and I can't forgive myself for even thinking that of you." He stated, looking over her head in shame, "But I promise ou that I will never say that to you again." He finished, looking down at her.
Y/n watched him for a few minutes, her eyes scanning over his face before smiling a watery smile, kissing his chin before cuddling up to him. Sky smiled and kissed her head before allowing silence to surround them, two two slowly falling asleep.
Y/n sat at the door as bangs were heard outside the hall. Students shook in fear as the bangs were loud and close to the storage unit where they were hiding, and y/n feared for what was behind those doors. Everyone froze as a knock was heard, and y/n held her breath as a voice came through.
“Police open up. Officer Dunne, 43387, institute B” A voice called out through the door and y/n breathed out in relief as she heard them recite the information.
“Okay class, slowly and calmly, form a single line, link hands and get ready to move, crouch down and stay low, understood.” Y/n spoke softly, trying to calm the students down.
“How do we know it’s not the shooter.” A student asked and y/n smiled reassuringly.
“It’s okay, it’s not him.” Y/n assured them, although she knew there was a slight chance of it not being police, she was adamant that it was.
Students nodded and hesitantly got up, forming a line as y/n slowly pushed the gym mats out of the way. She winched as she pulled her shoulder but ignored it, adamant to get her students to safety. Carefully unlocking the door, without a sound y/n slowly opened the door, peaking through the gap to ensure it was the emergency services. Confirming it was the police, she opened the door fully and moved out of the way, allowing the kids to move out of the stuffy compartment before following last. With the kids holding hands and looking around for the shooter, they slowly made their way to the exit.
Y/n sighed as she realized that the fear that had become embedded in the childrens minds would now be engraved into their memory. She herself would find it hard to forget, however, y/n's thoughts were more at ease when they came towards the exit, and relief filled her as she seen the crowds of parents being reunited with their kids.
------------------------------------------
Frank, Danny and Jamie stood together as they watched the armed forces slowly bring students out, teachers following as they reunited with their loved ones. Danny shook his head in disbelief as he seen the fear written over the kids faces, the reality of school shootings turning up to their door steps present.
The three Reagan men watched as students ran to their parents, everyone crying in relief and worry of what had happened. The waves of students started to slow and they watched the entrance eagerly as they waited to see y/n being escorted to safety. With their vision purely on the school building none of them recognized the chief coming towards them until he was beside them, and their heads snapped to face him.
“I honestly don’t get some people. Who in their right mind thinks going into a school building, shooting people or in random areas is a smart thing to do.” Danny stated, not believing the reality of their home country.
“Beyond sickening. I mean these are children that now have to live with the fact that someone came into their school and shoot random people just for the hell of it.” Jamie agreed, shaking his head in disgust.
“We’ll never know what goes through their heads, or these kids. But we can be there for them, and hope that they can somehow move on.” Frank stated, watching as the kids were brought to safety.
" Shooter down, I repeat shooter down. Students and one teacher being lead out to safety." The voice commented and the trio sighed in relief.
“There’s one last class in the gym where the shooter was seen, were just waiting for the shooter to move or for them to be caught.” The chief stated and Frank sighed, putting his hand on his forehead, head dropping in frustration.
“How long till they can catch him?” Jamie asked, seeing his father wasn’t going to ask.
“They’re closing in on him.” The chief answered before nodding and leaving them to talk to the principal.
"But will it be quick enough?" Frank muttered.
"Dad, come on, don't think like that. You always say think positive of situations like this, so think positive." Danny pleaded, not wanting those thoughts in his head.
"I also taught you to think rationally." Frank stated, looking at his oldest, "There is a man with a gun close to her, Danny, who probably knows by now police are looking for him. He is not going to go down without trying to have leverage."
"And y/n has been trained for this situation. Unfortunate yes but she knows what to do and what to look out for. She won't let that man anywhere near those kids, meaning she won't open the door that she is behind unless she has been told the information to show it's safe." Danny stated and Frank looked up at him.
"God, I hope you're right." Frank stated before a shot was heard and Danny and Jamie's Radio came alive once more.
Their attention was brought to the school building, waiting the door to open. All they wanted was to see their daughter and sister again. Cries were heard throughout the area as the school door opened for the last time and armed forces started to come out, leading students who held hands out to safety. Frank watched the line of students head towards their families before turning his attention to the school, waiting to see his daughters face. His shoulders slumped in relief when he seen her exit last, eyes darting to ensure all her students were out safely.
"Y/n." Jamie called, drawing her attention to the Reagan men.
Y/n turned her head towards the familiar voice and tears built in her eyes when she seen her brothers and dad standing at the commissioners car. Smiling weakly she rushed towards them, allowing Danny to pull her into him. Feeling her oldest brother kiss her forehead, she reached out for Jamie's hand and gave it a squeeze. Realizing one person was missing, y/n turned to look over Danny's shoulder to see her father watching the siblings interaction with a teary smile. Y/n sighed in relief as Danny let her go before rushing into the comfort of her fathers arms, allowing the tears to fall. Danny and Jamie watched with sadness as their dad comforted their sister.
-------------------------------------------------------------
"Shh, it's okay, your okay." Frank soothed her, rubbing her hair in comfort.
"I was so scared. All we heard was gun firing and then he came to the gym and knocked on the door trying to get me to open it. I thought he would get in and get the kids." Y/n sobbed, unable to control her emotions.
"It's okay, your safe now, your with us. And I won't let anyone hurt you." Frank stated, pushing y/n back gently to cup her face and look her in the eye.
"I love you dad." Y/n stated, smiling and wiping her eyes to get rid of the tears.
"I love you too." Frank smiled back, kissing her forehead, " Now what do you say we head home and have some of grandpa's famous chicken, no doubt the family was there watching the news."
"Yeah I'm starving." Jamie stated, all the worry making him hungry.
"Your always hungry." Danny remarked causing y/n and Frank to chuckle slightly at their behaviour.
"We'll meet you two back home, one of you bring y/n's car back, she's coming with me." Frank stated, causing y/n to look up at him with a smile as he placed an arm around her shoulders. "Come on sweetheart, let's get you home."
Back at Henry and Franks the rest of the family were eagerly waiting for the boys to return with y/n. Henry and Linda had made Henrys famous chicken pop pie, y/n’s favourite to help calm her after a chaotic day. Upon hearing the news from co-workers, the new shooting being hot topic at the office, Erin had rushed to her gramps to be with him and family. Nikki, Sean and Jack were brought to the Reagan household after Erin collected them and had been told to stay out of the living room where the news was kept on so the adults could keep up what was going on, although, Nikki being Nikki had snuck into the living room and seen the news, knowing where her aunt worked prayed that it would work out. In fact, she was the one to call out when students were seen being escorted out, and they all had waited to hear that the shooter had been caught or to see y/n following her students to safety. Relief had filled the household when y/n was seen, and they knew that Danny, Jamie and Frank would be able to comfort her
The door opened and Frank stepped through the door, y/n tucked under his arm as he called out they were home. Danny and Jamie were close behind the father daughter duo as they followed the noise to the living room. Having heard the front door open the family had watched for the cop, commissioner and detective to come through with the teacher and they stood up when y/n was seen with Frank
“Y/n.” Erin stated and moved towards her only sister.
Y/n allowed Erin to wrap her arms around her as Linda and Henry walked over to Frank and the boys, offering them comfort. The youngest daughter of Frank allowed herself to be passed from the hands of her sister to her sister in law, who rubbed her back in comfort. Looking over Linda's shoulder, she seen Henry watching them with a sad smile and she reached out to him. Seeing his granddaughter outreached hand, Henry took her hand in his and gently pulled her into his arms as Linda moved away, and that’s when tears fell from y/ns eyes once again and Henry shushed her as she sobbed into her grandfathers shoulder. Danny wrapped an arm around Lindas shoulder and hers around his waist as they watched the scene in front of them. Erin hugged her father in comfort, and Jamie placed an arm around Nikki as she watched with teary eyes.
After letting out her emotions, y/n pulled away from her grandfather and wiped her eyes, sniffing slightly as she calmed herself before she nearly tripped. She didn't have time to turn around and check the cause when two sets of arms wrapped around her. Turning around fully, y/n seen the heads of her two nephews, and waved off Linda as the mother went to warn her sons to be careful with their aunt before wrapping her arms around them.
Y/n followed her family to the dinner table and smiled as Linda and Erin brought out the food, laying it out like family dinners on Sundays. Once the women sat down everyone bowed their heads as Henry began to say grace.
“Aunt y/n.” The two boys cried, and y/n rubbed their backs in comfort.
“Hey boys.” She smiled, kissing both their heads before indicating for Nikki to join their hug.
“I’m glad your okay aunt y/n.” Nikki smiled, giving y/n a side hug as y/n kissed her cheek.
“Thanks Nikki.” Y/n smiled at her only niece, looking at the rest of her family as they watched the aunt comforting her niece and nephews.
“How about dinner, I made chicken pop pie.” Henry stated to his family and Jack and Sean cheered as they separated from their aunt.
Frank grabbed his daughters hand and gave it a squeeze and she looked at him and smiled. She can be kept from cases they worked, y/n was fine with that, but she just wished the inevitable would be no school shootings.
“We also want to thank God for watching over our y/n and the local high school as they encountered another school shooting today. We pray that each effected will find healing and strength to continue on from this traumatic effect Amen.” Henry called out.
“Amen.” The family repeated before opening their eyes.

December rolled by quicker than expected. The Ackles house had quickly been dawned with tinsel and decorations, and when school finished, the celebrations were in full swing. Daneel was busy with the youngsters, trying to keep them busy while they waited on their father to come back from filming for the year. Jensen was wrapping up filming this weekend, leaving a whole week before Christmas for the family to prepare and finish traditions.
But while the three youngest Ackles bounded up to the door to greet their father, the oldest stayed behind with their mother. Y/n was now a 17 year old, high school graduate, who was currently studying music and dynamics. She took after her father in the music industry, which meant she had infinite possibilities when it came to her career path. She had always been close with her father, and being only one when her father met Daneel, the woman had become y/n’s mom pretty quickly. Seeing her oldest standing to the side, Daneel wrapped an arm around her waist, leaning her head on y/n’s shoulder.
“Aren’t you going to go see your dad y/n?” Daneel asked. “In a minute. The sooner the kids see him the sooner they get to bed.” Y/n spoke lightly, pointing at the clock that’s arm was near 11pm. “I don’t think they’ll be sleeping much tonight. Not with them going to see Santa tomorrow.” Daneel noted, and y/n groaned inwardly “Do I have to go tomorrow?” “Y/n, you know we always do it as a family.” Daneel scolded her, and y/n sighed. “I don’t really feel like doing it this year.” Y/n spoke. “What you talking about, you love Christmas.” Daneel frowned before the kids came running to them, Jensen in tow.
“Y/n love.” Jensen sighed, pulling his oldest into a tight hug. “Hi Dad.” Y/n sighed, burying her head in his shoulder and they hugged each other tightly. “How are you? I feel we haven’t talked in ages.” Jensen sighed, frowning a little as he felt her squeeze him tightly. “Yea, been busy with music. We’re writing music at the minute which is cool.” Y/n shrugged, looking down as the father daughter duo pulled away. “Well I would love to hear it.” Jensen smiled, proud of his daughter. “Maybe.” Y/n shrugged again, looking down at her siblings as Daneel tried to wound them up to bed. “Hey kids, why don’t we head to bed, leave mum and dad alone.” Y/n spoke out, trying to help Daneel. “I thought you and your father could spend time together.” “That’s okay. I’m tired so I’m gonna hit the bed myself. But maybe tomorrow night, yea?” Y/n asked, looking from her father to her mother.
“Sounds good.” Jensen smiles, ruffling Zep’s hair as y/n pushed JJ to mae her way up, the twings following.
Through the years I've moved a lot Different doors with different locks But somehow Christmas always finds me It's been a while since I wished For roller blades and pixie sticks But somehow Christmas always finds me
Y/n groaned as she flipped over on the bed, trying to avoid the morning light that was threatening the shine through the curtains. Sheets littered her bed, and her guitar was leaning against her locker, her piano set up at the bottom of the bed. Sleep was hard to find these days, so most of her night consumed with her degree. With her new assignment, she was glad her father had set her room to be noise cancelling. She had always loved music, and when babies were around her practice sessions weren’t always perfectly timed, so Jensen had decided to sound proof her room, both for their sanity and hers.
A knock on the door caused her to look up, and she sighed when she seen Jensen pop his head in before the door was pushed open by JJ, who ran to jump onto her older sisters bed. Y/n gasped as the young girl jumped all over her sheets, and she glared at her as she grabbed all the papers, moving them to her locker.
“JJ be careful.” Y/n snapped, causing JJ to look at her. “Mommy told us to come get you up for Santa today.” JJ squealed, before stopping when she seen her sisters glare. “I’m not going.” Y/n stated, and JJ rolled her eyes. “But you have to. We always go.” The young girl stated, pointing her hands at her sister. “I have more important things than Santa JJ.” Y/n snapped again, causing JJ’s eyes to widen. “JJ, go tell mommy y/n and I will be down in a minute.” Jensen spoke, trying to avoid a screaming math between the sisters.
Y/n watched JJ leave with a sigh before moving to sort out the papers that JJ had crumpled from her jumping. Jensen sighed and rubbed his face as he sat down at the edge of the bed, playing a key on the piano before clearing his throat when y/n looked at him from the side of her eye.
“Look, you didn’t have to be so short with your sister.” Jensen started, giving y/n a pointed look when she turned to him. “She crumpled up my sheets.” Y/n stated, still flattening them out. “She was excited, so were you at her age.” “Not any more.” Y/n deadpanned, causing Jensen to sigh and look around. “This part of your song your working on?” Jensen asked, catching sight of some sheets on the keyboard. “Part of it.” Y/n sighed, looking to see what he was looking at. “Can you play it for me?” Jensen asked, loving a chance to listen his daughters talent. “It’s not finished yet, I haven’t even found the right words.” “We all start somewhere.” Jensen implied, placing a hand around y/n’s shoulder, “Please?” He asked again, placing his chin on her shoulder.
Y/n sighed and placed the sheets in her hand on the locker before scooting behind Jensen to get to her keyboard. Jensen watched her with a smile, moving to lean against her pillows as she prepared to play. He watched her fingers move effortlessly as the tune came to life. Closing his eyes, he smiled as he heard her begin to hum to the keys. As she came to a stop, she refused to look at her father, flinching a little as she felt his arms wrap around her from behind.
“That was great love.” Jensen smiled, pecking her cheek gently. “It’s only the start, still have away to go.” Y/n tried to justify. “It’s a great start. Do you need help with the lyrics.” Jensen asked, always wiling to help his kids. “No that’s okay. I know what I want to say, just not sure how.” Y/n shoot him down, and Jensen frowned, knowing she always liked when he helped her with her music. “Alright, well don’t be afraid to ask if you need me.” Jensen offered. “I know dad.” Y/n smiled slightly, trying to ease her fathers worry. “Come on, get ready to go before mum comes up after us.” Jensen spoke, moving off the bed. “Do I really have to go?” Y/n sighed. “Come on, you always enjoy it.” Jensen sighed, placing a hand on y/n’s shoulder. “I don’t feel like it today. Why don’t we go tomorrow?” Y/ asked, trying to put it off. “You and I both know the kids won’t take too kindly to that. And they certainly won’t be happy if you don’t go. It’s tradition we all go.” Jensen stated, kissing y/n’s head. “I’ll see you down there.”
Y/n sighed as her father closed her bedroom door before moving to start getting ready. Throwing on a Christmas cardigan over a black dress, y/n sighed as she looked herself in the mirror before heading down to where her family were waiting by the Christmas tree. Daneel smiled as she seen her daughter, opting to take a photo of her descending the stairs before moving to get the kids into the car, while Jensen watched their oldest from behind, a frown etched on his face.
When silver bells and silent night And mistletoe's nowhere in sight With no chance of snow falling down Another year older Little harder to believe But somehow Christmas always finds me
Y/n stayed behind her parents and siblings as Jensen held onto the twins to prevent them running too far. JJ skipped in front of the group, singing along to the Christmas tunes that were heard over the speakers through the mall. Hearing the chatter of people around her, all cheerful as they waited to visit Santa, y/n couldn’t help but look down, trying to avoid conversation. Daneel looked back to her oldest daughter and seeing her keeping to herself, she eyes her husband before placing a hand on his arm, taking the twins hands.
“Hey y/n, you okay?” Jensen asked, rubbing his eldest back gently. “Yeah just tired. Didn’t sleep much last night. Guess it was the excitement of going here with the kids.” Y/n stated, trying to avoid confrontation. “Well if you want an early night that’s fine. Can leave films for another night.” Jensen suggested, trying to ease her daughter’s tiredness. “Yea, maybe.” Y/n agreed, shrugging a little before looking down at JJ who was jumping at her excitedly. “We’re next.” JJ stated, trying to take her sisters hand. “Sure are JJ.” Y/n smiled at the girl before moving with her to Santa.
Jensen sighed in slight disappointment as he eyed his oldest daughter help Zepplin and Arrow onto Santa’s lap. JJ positioned herself on the arm of Santas chair while y/n opted to stand to the side, leaning against the back of the chair with her arms crossed. Daneel gave y/n a look causing y/n to sigh before moving to crouch down beside Arrow, taking the young girls hand while wrapping her arm around her shoulders. Once the photo was taken y/n instantly moved away from the kids, allowing them to speak to Santa on their own. Daneel wrapped an arm around her eldest waist, smiling slightly as the girl leaned into her touch.
“What you say we go grab some Nando’s after here?” Daneel asked, looking at y/n with a smile. “Mom, you know I’m trying to cut out fast foods. Being in College you rely on them heavily when you get too lazy to cook.” Y/n joked, and her father eyed her warily. “I’m concerned for your heart love.” Jensen stated, causing y/n to roll her eyes. “I’m kidding dad, I got takeaway max once a week. With mum’s amazing cooking I got away lightly with pre made meals.” Y/n smiled at her parents, causing Daneel to blush slightly. “Well it’s the least I can do for my talented daughter.” Daneel stated, squeezing her slightly. “Yeah, well I think I’m going to drive home after this, work more on my assignments.” Y/n shrugged, wanting to get away from the festivities for a while. “That’s not like you.” Daneel frowned. “Well college changes people.” Y/n shrugged, causing Jensen to narrow his eyes at her. “Why don’t I accompany you home, you can handle the kids on your own right hun?” Jensen asked Daneel, looking down at his wife who eyes her. “I mean yea I guess I could.” Daneel agreed, causing y/n to look at her unconvinced. “Dad it’s fine. Help mum with the kids, the twins especially are gonna be very hyper after that lolly.” Y/n pointed at the big lollypops the elves gave the kids as their visit finished. “No I’ll be fine. You go with your dad, spend some time together.” Daneel suggested to y/n, causing Jensen to smile widely. “It’ll be fun.” Jensen nodded, looking at y/n as she looked down. “I suppose so.” Y/n stated, moving away from her parents as the kids returned.
In traffic jams and shopping malls I lose the magic of it all But somehow Christmas always finds me
Jensen leaned his arm against the passenger window, his head resting on his hand as y/n drove her car back to the house. Sitting in the passenger sit with his daughter driving always brought memories of when he thought her to drive. Daneel refused to do it as it was always lead to screaming matches between the two, so Jensen was given the task to teach her. Beams of lights shone as they passed cars, and Jensen smiled as he remembered what y/n used to describe the stream of cars.
“The lights kind of remind you of the Christmas lights right?” Jensen smiled, knowing y/n would agree. “I guess.” Y/n sighed, keeping her eyes on the road. “Why don’t we put on some Christmas music, going to get caught in some traffic.” Jensen suggested, moving to turn on the Bluetooth. “I think I’d rather the radio to be honest.” Y/n sighed, switching off the music as ‘merry Christmas everyone’ began to play. “You always love listening to Christmas music while we’re in the car. Some karaoke.” Jensen spoke, confused on why she shut it off so quickly. “Not this year dad, I’d rather concentrate on the road.” Y/n blinked, squinting her eyes slightly. “If your too tired to drive I can take over.” Jensen spoke, concerned she wouldn’t be able to concentrate on the road. “No, I’ll be okay. We’re nearly home anyway.” Y/n spoke as she turned off the main road, sighing as they meet traffic. “You were saying.” Jensen smirked slightly, chucking at his daughters frustrations. “Why is it so busy this time of year?” Y/n muttered, slowing down quickly. “You never were one for patience.” Jensen laughed, and y/n rolled her eyes quickly. “I just want to get home to finish my assignment.” Y/n groaned, tapping her fingers in frustration. “Why don’t I help you when we get back. Can make it go by quicker?” Jensen suggested, seeing the stress presenting his daughters body. “No that’s okay” Y/n replied quickly, causing Jensen to turn to her. “That was a quick answer.” Jensen stated. “Everything okay?” “Maybe we should listen to some Christmas songs to pass the time.” Y/n tried to avoid the conversation, and Jensen could tell. “Y/n, you know you can talk to me.” Jensen spoke softly, squeezing the top of y/n’s hand as it lay on the gear stick. “I was thinking, maybe tonight we could watch a movie in my room, sleepover vibes, just like when I was young.” Y/n suggested, trying to get away from feelings. “I think that’s a great idea.” Jensen smiled softly, knowing she would come to him when she needed to. “You sort out the snacks while I work on my assignment.” Y/n suggested, and Jensen sighed. “Your really dead set on doing your assignment aren’t you.” Jensen stated. “It’s Christmas dad.” Y/n shrugged, slight disappointment in her tone. “Yeah, it’s Christmas.” Jensen agreed, just glad she wanted to spend time with him.
When silver bells and silent night And mistletoe's nowhere in sight With no chance of snow falling down Another year older Little harder to believe But somehow Christmas always finds me
Y/n rubbed her eyes as she attempted to finish writing the last verse of her song. She sniffed slightly as she hummed the tune, reading over the words before nodding in approval. She had opted to write what she was feelings, and with this Christmas season feeling upside down, she opted to write on how she felt with her family still celebrating Christmas. With kids around it meant that she had to at least pretend she was enjoying the festivities, but it was hard. This year brought nothing but stress and struggles for y/n, and with it flying by so fast it just felt like another day to her.
Jensen sang ‘It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas’ quietly as he prepared the snack tray for his and y/n’s movie night. Daneel had finished getting the kids ready for the night, and was going to have a girls night in with Gen in the living room. It was rare that Jensen got to spend one on one time with his oldest. With three kids significantly younger than her, majority of his time was split between them. During filming, he’d often call her to check on her, with her first year away from home on campus he was determined to make sure she was okay.
Humming happily to himself, he made his way up the stairs, watching his feet on the steps before walking towards y/n’s bedroom door. Knocking slightly, he waited for her to call or open the door, but he frowned when he seen her.
“Hey, you okay?” He asked, seeing her watery eyes. “Yea, just finished my song so, all ready for tonight.” Y/n stated, wiping her eyes. “Was it a sad song or something?” Jensen asked, placing the tray on her bed to face her. “I guess.” Y/n shrugged, and Jensen frowned, “Just wrote how I felt.” “That’s a good way to let go of emotions.” Jensen nodded, “Wanna talk about it?” “Actually, I think I’d rather just watch the film.” Y/n stated, and Jensen smiled. “That’s okay. Once you know you can come to me about anything.” Jensen smiled at his daughter, placing a hand on her shoulder. “I know dad.” Y/n smiled, moving in for a hug, “Now, what treats did you bring?” “Well I tried to make it a little festive, so majority are either shaped Christmassy or green and red.” Jensen spoke, happy with himself. “Looks amazing.” Y/n smiled, moving to pick a Christmas hat from the tray. “Now, what are we watching?” Jensen asked, rubbing his hands together in anticipation.
It takes me back to younger days Of stockings on the fireplace And presents stacked And waiting by the tree And even if I'm all alone A million miles away from home It shows up in warm memory
The Christmas period went by fast, and soon it was Christmas eve. Daneel had been busy all day prepping for the Christmas dinner, and y/n had baked some cookies to be left out for Santa this evening with the kids. It was a rare time for y/n to be out of her room, she had spent most of it lounging around, avoiding the festive activities. Jensen was sorting out the front of the tree so the kids had somewhere to place the carrot, milk and cookies for Santa.
Y/n pursed her lip as she lay the tray of cookies to the side to rest. She wasn’t really feeling the festivities, but she decided to go help her father none the less. Seeing him standing at the front of the tree with his hands on his hips made her laugh lightly, and she sneaked a picture before moving to wrap an arm around.
“Hey there.” Jensen smiled, looking down at his eldest as she latched onto him. “Hi.” Y/n spoke, leaning into his embrace. “You finished the cookies?” “Yea, they’re cooling now. The task now is to prevent little hands getting at them.” Y/n stated, and Jensen nodded in agreement. “Gonna be tough.” Jensen spoke, pretending to shake her. The father daughter duo stood in silence, y/n looking down in thought. “You okay?” Jensen asked, seeing his daughters spaced off look. “Do you maybe, wanna hear my song?” Y/ blurted out quickly before she changed her mind. “I would love to.” Jensen smiled, glad she was letting him in. “It’s not an upbeat song, just to warn you.” Y/n stated as she walked slowly up the stairs. “I’m sure it’s amazing.” Jensen smiled reassuringly, following behind her.
Y/n walked in silence as they entered her room, and she sat by her keyboard, Jensen taking a seat on her bed. Breathing in deeply she glanced up to her father to see him smiling reassuringly. Seeing her shaking hands he winked at her to assure her it was okay. Tapping the keys to ensure it was on, She cleared her throat as she began to sing.
“Through the years….”
Jensen watched y/n with a sad smile as she sung, her confidence growing as she got into it. Realizing that she was actually singing how she felt this Christmas, his heart pulled as tears filled his eyes. This year had been a big change for the Ackles, with y/n no longer being home the house felt more empty. The family were used to Jensen being away for long periods of time, but when the eldest child left, a hole was felt. But for y/n, her first year of college was hard. The stress of continuous assignments being due, lead to her falling into a hole, a hole that was hard to get out of.
As she finished her song, y/n looked down with tears in er eyes, before jumping when she felt arms wrap around her. She closed her eyes as her father tightened his grip on her, and she sighed as he kissed her head from behind.
“Y/n love, you are one talented person.” Jensen sighed, rocking her gently. “I’m sorry I haven’t been excited this year.” Y/n spoke, moving to hold Jensen’s arms in her hands. “It’s okay, it is definitely ok not to feel festive.” Jensen sighed, moving to crouch in front of his daughter, “What your feeling is okay. There are others out there feeling the same for numerous reasons. You don’t have to feel anything if you don’t want to.” “I tried dad I really tried.” Y/n cried, moving to hug Jensen tightly. “Hey shush now, your okay. I’m here. You don’t have to try anything.” Jensen comforted her, rubbing her back gently. “I tried to hide it, I really did.” “You don’t have to hide anything. You can always come to me, I’m here for you alright.” Jensen spoke, moving to hold y/n’s face in his hands. “I love you dad.” Y/n sighed as Jensen brushed the tears away. “I love you too.” Jensen smiled, glad her daughter opened up.
Another year older Getting harder to believe But somehow Christmas always find me
Christmas morning was chaus in the Ackles household. JJ, Arrow and Zepplin were running wild though their parents rooms and their sisters, wanting to go downstairs and see what Santa had brought. Y/n groaned at being woken up, but allowed her brother to tug her out of bed. Deciding to sit away from the madness, she opted to sit on the stairs, leaning her head in her hand as she watched her siblings sort out the presents. She looked up when she felt a hand on her head and her father smiled down at her before moving to sit with her mother.
Christmas isn’t always a joyful time, and y/n was okay with that. She was okay with staying away from festivities this year, once she had her dad by her side.
