It wasn’t easy, being the only kid in class who still hadn’t gotten their powers. Everyone else your age had already developed theirs the year before or during the school break. But it was nearing the end of term, and you still hadn’t show any signs of your power.

“You’re just a late bloomer”, your parents would console you, though truthfully it never really helped.

Sighing down at your lunch, you push around your food listlessly while listening to the other kids play. Suddenly, there’s a thunderous boom and a loud series of screams, forcing your head to jerk up in fright. You’re just in time to witness the whole side wall of the school, start crashing down towards the terrified kids below, only some managing to use their powers to escape. Apparently, one of the more popular kids in your year, had been showing off his new powers, and lost control. Gasping in horror, you unthinkingly throw out your hands, desperately wishing you had the power to save them.

A strange jolt pulses through your body, and everything just…..stops.

I love that Katsuki Bakugou is apparently just… Friend shaped. He wants nothing to do with anyone else for at least the first 14-15 years of his life, but people just decide to befriend him anyways.

Izuku’s absolutely dedicated to protecting and defending Katsuki as his childhood friend despite us never seeing Katsuki so much as be nice to him. If anything Katsuki has tried everything in his power to unfriend Izuku, but Izuku just straight up refuses.

Kirishima basically just decided he was Katsuki’s friend during/after the USJ attack. Did Katsuki get a say in this? Nope. He does resign himself to it, and eventually starts to return the friendship, but that takes awhile.

Even the League of Villains just took one look at this explosive, foul mouthed, angry, uncontrollable child and were just like ‘Ah, yes, this right here is the perfect ally material’. Not even ‘a good possible weapon’ or ‘hey strong quirk for a new nomu’. Nope, an ally that Tomura wants unharmed and treated as an equal.

Maybe the nitroglycerin acts a friend pheromone somehow. It’d explain why people keep looking at him and being like ‘yeah, that teenage boy with the firepower of an actual missile and the personality equivalent of a monstrous hybrid between a mongoose, a regular goose, and a badger, I wanna be friends with him.’

imagine if the oceans were replaced by forests and if you went into the forest the trees would get taller the deeper you went and there’d be thousands of undiscovered species and you could effectively walk across the ocean but the deeper you went, the darker it would be and the animals would get progressively scarier and more dangerous and instead of whales there’d be giant deer and just wow

Day 2 - Future Since Horikoshi has been foreshadowing those two as the “wonder duo” since they were in literal diapers, I thought, let’s draw them in the future, and since they’re a duo, they have to have matching outfits riiiiiiight?

So I learned a few things while making this drawing: - I’d rather staple my eyes than draw Bakugou’s hero costume ever again it’s so freaking hard oh my god - Drawing Midoriya’ face is harder than Bakugou’s costume - Deku tiny - COPY PASTE EVERYTHING. LEG. ARM. TORSO. YOU THINK YOU’RE LAZY. BE LAZIER. - Pretty lineart takes 15 hours and your soul - Color is just paint barf with your left foot in 15min because you’re fed up  - There is no way I’m gonna finish this twinstarsweek on time because I’m a fat snail
