✧ He noticed it immediately that something felt different about you. When he fetched you from your house, you were more stunning than usual. Then, he noticed that you were wearing make-up. He knows it because he also wears make-up on a daily basis.

✧ He didn't bring it up the entire time because he thought it might upset you. He compliments you more than usual instead, so that you know he appreciates you, with or without make-up.

✧ He actually found it endearing when he found out that the reason you wore make-up was because you wanted to surprise him. He assured you that he appreciates your efforts, but he doesn't mind if you don't wear it again.

✧ When he saw you, he was confused. Your face got more color than the last time he saw you. He stares at you for a long time. You had to snap your fingers in front of his face to get his attention.

✧ "Are you wearing make-up?" He knows a little bit of make-up because of Shinobu, the traveler, and Kujou Sara. He asked Shinobu one time why she had colors on her face and asked if he could get one. Shinobu had to put make-up on him just so he could stop whining. He really likes wearing make-up since it's fashionable.

✧ So when you said yes, you were wearing make-up. He hypes you up because you look so pretty. You had to stop him because people were now looking in your direction. When you asked him why he knows you're wearing make-up, he just said that he always asks Shinobu to put make-up on him.

✧ He stares at you and asks if there's a special reason why you're wearing make-up. When you say you just want to be beautiful for the date, he blushes and hypes you up immediately.

✧ That night, he treats you like a queen, and compliments you more than usual. He really appreciates this gesture, and he doesn't mind that you wear make-up. He just said that you don't need to wear make-up for him but for yourself.

ALBEDO has sharp eyes and is naturally very observant. The moment he sees it, he has a feeling that something about it looks oddly familiar. “Is that… a love bite?” he could barely even call it by its other name mostly because he knew in himself that he didn’t give that to you. He wasn’t even at home last night. So it was best to question if it was really a love bite like he thinks it is. If you lie that it was a bruise, he’d question you even more about how it happened and there may even be a chance that he’ll believe you. He always believes you and he might not even believe in himself even if he was sure it’s a love bite… so in conclusion, don’t lie to him and tell him it’s a prank instead.

CHILDE was a mixture of mad and anxious, it’s obvious in his eyes. Actually, his whole expression would show that he’s annoyed but his eyes definitely showed confusion and hurt. “Is this a hickey?” his mood would instantly drop the moment he sees it—of course he knows what it was, he wanted to see if you’d lie. If you would, he’d say, “It’s obviously one, who gave this to you? I did not give this to you.” He trusts you enough not to think the worst but… “Don’t lie to me, Y/n, tell the truth,” he’d add, thinking that maybe it was all a joke. Honestly, this is the perfect time to say that it is and he’d heave out a sigh of relief and immediately wrap his arms around you. “Please don’t do that again, you’re hurting my heart, love.”

DILUC is a very sensible and calm man, at first, he might even think that it’s a bruise, asking you if you were alright, but upon further inspection, you could see him obviously recoil from it. “Why do you have a hickey, Y/n?” his voice would drop and if you take a peek on his vision, it would flicker despite him attempting to keep his cool. “Who gave that to you?” he adds, and it should be the indication of the end of the prank because he was getting angrier by the second. A heavy and relieved sigh escapes his lips as his entire body eases up, He ushers you close to him and he embraces you, burying his nose by your hair or neck, “Don’t do that again, okay?” he’d plead and you honestly think it is one of the often times he would show his emotions out in the open.

I firmly believe that GOROU has a natural instinct of being slightly more possessive than what he seems to be. He couldn’t actually control it. “What’s this?” The moment he sees the mark on your neck, he’ll make you halt in your tracks and he’d instantly inspect it, his eyes squinting at the mark as he holds onto your arm, might even be growling lowly at some point and he’s not afraid to touch the mark to see if it was real and when he proves that it’s not, he heaves out a relieved sigh. But then, he wouldn’t be able to stop himself from making a similar mark not too far away from it, leaning down and pressing gentle kisses on your neck before claiming his prize on a spot, sucking on your skin almost possessively. He leans away and his eyes gazes upon his work of art and you could see the hazed look in his eye before he turns to you and his facade instantly changes, smiling brightly at you like nothing happened.

KAEYA, the knowledgeable and flirt that he is, would lean down and kisses on the opposite side of where the mark is and leaves his own, sucking your skin gently and almost intentionally longer than he would. When he leans away does he licks his glove-covered thumb and use it to gently wipe the makeup away. “There. Now that’s what you call a hickey,” he’d smirk while winking and walk away, muscles easing up as he was immensely grateful that what his instincts told him was true.

KAZUHA would know how to catch you in your lie. Of course, there is that part in his mind that thinks the worst, but he wouldn’t accuse you of something that easily. “Where did you go before here, dove?” he’d ask questions like that and if he kisses you on the neck later on and see that you weren’t recoiling back, especially when he pokes at the mark, he’d know it was fake. He’d chuckle and press a peck on your temple and say, “Ying’er must have put something in your mind again, hm? You should have come to me if you’d like one.”

SCARAMOUCHE is angry as hell. “What the fuck is that?” he sneers, holding onto your skin at the edge of your jaw as he inspects the ‘thing’ as he calls it in his mind. “Where and who, answer me, Y/n before I lose my patience,” he glares at you, as sharp as any sword if it has to. He’s a Fatui Harbinger, a high-rank, even. Anyone who wrongs him shall be punished. Don’t try to attempt this on him if he hasn't trusted you that much because you will definitely lose that even if it’s a prank. “Tsk, don’t fool me again with that same trick,” because he definitely almost panicked that you were seeing another person. Almost. 100% will leave love bites on you that same night.

THOMA, on the other hand, was internally panicking. He almost didn’t want to ask you, and it took a lot from him to do so. “Babe… is that a love bite?” he squeaks, unable to look at the mark. The moment you would make eye contact with him, you wouldn’t even have the heart to lie because he looked absolutely hurt. Notably, he has a hand on your back as he holds onto the thin thread of hope that it was not true and that you still love him no matter what. Actually, he might also be ready to forgive you if it was… He just wants you to be honest. When you tell him the truth, he instantly wraps his arms around you and tells you, “Let’s stay like this for awhile. I thought... “ he’d sigh, “You almost had me there. I was so scared, you know?” and he definitely was.

VENTI would see it in almost an instant and freaks out. “Is that what I think it is?! Tell me it isn’t! Windblume, I did not give that to you!” he’d whine, even if it’s in the public setting, so it would probably be best if you do this away from people, maybe even in Windrise or somewhere that’s not in town because he’s definitely going to be loud. He might even cling onto you until you answer his questions. Knowing him he probably propped himself on your back and made you piggy-back him as he tried to give you the same mark. You two ended up falling on the grass because of that.

You really thought XIAO had been fooled. “Where did you get that?” he glares at the mark as he would to any other enemy then he turns to you to demand once more, “Who hurt you?” For the love of the Archons, poor boy thought that it was a bruise of some sort. If you tell him that it’s a love bite, he’d be even more confused. It honestly would take a lot more time because he really doesn’t have any idea about this… so your prank would soon be revealed because the hype died down along the way. However, he might be slightly more clingy than before, even glancing onto your neck for the rest of the day. Mission failed, but it’s worth it nonetheless.

ZHONGLI trusts you, with all of his heart, and it is to the point that he’d think it was done by your friend or that it’s a bruise. He’d ask you about it though. “What is this, love?” he’d trace the skin around the mark, inspecting it with his piercing eyes. You can almost feel him eyeing on it with his gaze. If you answer truthfully that it is a love bite, he’d momentarily freeze and he’d clear his throat, shifting on his seat. “Did I… give that to you?” he’d question even if he was sure that he didn’t. Maybe he just forgot? Surely he must have. Someone like him being not entirely sure? It would hurt to even see him like this so it’s a failed attempt on your side. When you reveal the truth, he’d just nuzzle his head by your neck and press a kiss on the back of your neck, “Please don’t scare me like this again, love, I don’t think I can handle it. I think I love you so much to let you go like that.”

• but when he does have the time he makes sure it is worth it and memorable for both of you

• ayato is a bit of menace. might embarrass you in public if he feels like it

• whispers in your ears a LOT. he likes to see your face turn red from some of his comments

• he’s into moderate physical touch in public and heavy physical touch behind closed doors

• having his hand on the small of your back, around your waist, on your shoulders - you name it, he’s obsessed

• like i said, is the most overprotective of all

• he lost too many important things and people in his life to let you be taken away from him the same way

• so being with him sometimes feels like having a personal bodyguard who’s also very soft and gives you lots of kisses <3

• kazuha is super attentive !! takes note of the smallest things you mention just to bring them up in the future

• his love language are no doubt words of affirmation and quality time

• you often spend your free time together somewhere far from people, preferably in the nature, while he writes haikus inspired by you

• there are also cats following him around a lot, and, weirdly enough, it makes you feel safe and ‘at home’

• he doesn’t hide any of his feelings towards you, never misses a chance to kiss you and whisper a quiet ‘i love you’ before going somewhere

• to kazuha love is something divine and ethereal, so getting to share it with his special someone is beyond anything he’s ever wanted in life

you’ve always loved wearing your boyfriend’s hoodies

they’re soft and warm and they smell like him

neither of you know how many times you’ve stolen his hoodies and honestly you don’t care to count

but to kita, it was getting annoying, as he kept losing his jackets, and soon enough he wouldn’t have any for himself, which he expressed to you

you were saddened, as wearing his clothing was comforting to you, but if it made him uncomfortable you decided you would stop

but today you’ve forgotten a jacket at school, and while kita’s looks warm and cozy, you remember that it annoys him

but during class, your seat partner nudges at you and asks if you’d like to borrow his, as you look cold

you accept happily :)

kita sits down next to you and opens his lunch, holding it out to you as an offering, and you oblige happily, picking up some rice and meat and putting it in your mouth. you hum happily.

for your own lunch, you’ve packed some miso soup and some rice, which is perfect for a cold day. you take a little sip of your soup , snuggling into the sweatshirt and sighing contentedly.

kita looks over at you, not recognizing the hoodie you’re wearing. he tugs gently at the fabric.

“y/n, have you always had this?” he asks curiously.

“oh, no, i just forgot to wear one today, so my classmate gave me his! it’s much softer and bigger than mine at home, anyways,” you note absentmindedly.

something foreign and bitter stirs in kita’s gut at seeing you in the offensive item, and he shifts uncomfortably. he swallows.

“why didn’t you ask for mine if you forgot one?” he asks, voice quiet.

“oh, don’t worry about it, i knew you would say no! i remembered what you said earlier, and it would be inconsiderate to ask you again,” you reply, hoping kita would appreciate your thoughtfulness.

“right,” he mutters, and turns back to his lunch.

in his head, shinsuke knows you’re just being kind, and the thought that you remembered his words makes him happy. it’s a very logical thought, and he doesn’t blame you for thinking of him in this way. but still..

it’s such a strange feeling, the way his emotions are stirring up in him, but he wishes you wouldn’t go to another man when you needed something. that’s why he was there, after all. to be there for you. and now it just feels like he failed at that.

he turns to you. “would you like to wear my sweatshirt instead?”

“no, baby, it’s okay. i know i’ve been a little overboard with everything, so i don’t mind asking other people!” you reassure him.

that did not work as i had hoped, he thinks. he tries one more time, pulling his sweatshirt over his head and handing it to you bluntly.

“shin—”

“please wear mine. and keep asking for them, too. as your boyfriend, it is my duty to provide for you. please see this as an extension of my affection,” he explains.

you stare at him, baffled.

and then you just laugh.

“you’re so cute, shin,” you giggle, pulling the sweater over your head and pulling the sleeves past your fingertips. “i love you.”

he smiles softly, the sight rare.

a few days ago, you and atsumu got into a little argument😀

“babe, it’s not my fault that other girls are so jealous of you. maybe if you didn’t keep parading around in my hoodies then—”

“i didn’t mean it like that!” he whines, tugging at the sweatshirt.

“i know, baby. but i figured you were right, and this one fits me just as well, don’t you think?” you say, twirling. he deflates.

the two of you sit down, taking out your lunches. the entire time you eat, he’s sneaking glances at you. you’ve been practically cuddling the fabric all of lunch, and it’s making him restless. then you nose against the collar of the hoodie, inhaling the scent there, and he loses it.

“just wear mine already, damn it!” he sneers, pushing his sweatshirt into your arms, painfully obvious in his jealousy. you freeze.

“i know you don’t like that people pester you about it, but i like when you wear my clothes. i just want people to know that you’re mine, okay?”

his face has gone completely red, and he’s never looked so adorable before. you take in the sight before he’s bowing his head and muttering something that sounds like a never mind.

you giggle, and pull the sweater over your frame. he looks up at you, still a little flustered at his own outburst. at the sight of you wrapped in his clothing he relaxes.

“thanks,” he mumbles, embarrassed.

you snuggle up to him affectionately, putting your head under his chin and sighing.

“you know, if you were jealous, you could’ve just said so,” you tease.

“SHUT UP!”

your boyfriend always let you borrow his hoodies if he had one on him

even if it was the only one he had, he would give it to you

even if he knew he’d be cold for the rest of the day, he made you wear it

but today was different

you forgot your jacket at home, assuming akaashi had brought one for you to borrow anyway

however, when you got to school, you noticed he wasn’t wearing a jacket

and when you had asked him, he’d said, “sorry baby, i had to lend it to a friend. she said she’ll have it back to me by next period, though.”

your heart sunk at the thought of him giving his jacket to another girl, and you turned away to hide your disappointment

you figured you’d just borrow someone else’s for today

akaashi is waiting for you outside your class, there to pick you up for lunch.

you see him, your eyes lighting up, and you walk over to greet him. you’re about to give him a hug before he motions for you to stop, noticing the new hoodie you’re wearing.

“hey, where’s you get that?” he asks, head tilted in a question.

“oh, my friend gave it to me! he said it’d be a little big on me, but i think i like it this way,” you reply.

“oh. uh,” keiji mutters. “i got mine back, if you wanted to wear mine instead..”

“i’m okay, babe. thanks for asking though!”

you start walking, leaving him dumbfounded. you’ve never refused to wear his clothing before?

when he catches up to you and you guys sit down in the library to eat, he looks at you.

“hey, you always wear my hoodies. is something different today?” he asks, nervous. what he really wants to ask is, did i do something wrong today? he doesn’t, though.

your mood seems to grow a little agitated at that, though it’s obvious you’re trying to hide it. he gets even more nervous at that.

“well, no offense, but i didn’t really feel like wearing something that smells like another girl, thanks,” you mutter, jealous.

“what do you mean?” he asks, genuinely confused.

you scoff, frustrated.

“well, you wouldn’t give me your sweatshirt because you’d already given it to another girl to wear, so excuse me for not wanting it back.”

oh, he thinks.

“baby, i didn’t give it to her to wear,” he replies.

“what?”

“she needed design inspiration for her sewing class, and she happened to like the one i was wearing, so i gave it to her for a period,” he explains. you stare at him, and then bury your face in your hands.

“y/n? you okay?”

you sigh.

“i’m sorry for jumping to conclusions,” you mumble. he just laughs.

“‘s okay. it’d make me feel better if you wore it now, though.”

you look up at him to see him smiling softly at you, and you nod happily.

after you’ve pulled it on and crawled into his lap, you nose at him affectionately.

“you were so jealous,” he teases. you gasp.

“WHAT? so were you?!”

“yeah,” he whispers, not arguing, and your face goes red. you hide in his shirt. “i love that you’re mine.”

gorou is shocked with your sudden fascination, but secretly doesn’t mind it

he tries to go back to work as you’re feeling his ears, but it’s at that moment that you decide to scratch them
