I thought to myself this morning. “What if a Pearl owned a Pearl.” And then immediately after, thought “What if crystal gem Pearl accidentally came into ownership of a Pearl. So I designed a Pearl for crystal gem Pearl. Her nickname is Tutu.

I also wrote a short drabble of Pearl getting Tutu. I’ll put it under the cut if you want to read it!

I decided to do something that would make 13 year old me happy and draw a my little pony au I loved thinking about when I was younger.

This is a no rainboom/element swap au! This will be the first of a few posts cause I want all the main six separate to explain how their lives are different with their different destinies.

First up is the one that hasn’t changed a bit since I first developed the au when I was 13 is Pink “Pinkie” Quartz Pie, the element of Kindness, and her lovely diamond dog wife Roxie! 

When Pinkie was a filly, a cave in caused her to be separated from her rock farming family. Trying to find another exit, she found a Diamond Dog pup about her age also separated from her group. Pinkie made great friends with this Diamond Dog, and the pup- named Roxie- helped her find an exit. 

Her family was at first shocked and angry to see Pinkie associating with a dangerous Diamond Dog. However,  Pinkie managed to explain that the pup and her family were of no danger to the ponies. In fact, they could even help them run the rock farm even better with their ability to sniff out gems. A peace accord between the Diamond Dogs of the mine and the Pie family was struck, and the Diamond Dogs became co-owners of the quarry the Pies owned.

This is how Pinkie earned her cutie mark. It represents her talent for diplomacy and helping/creating friendships with ponies and other species with an emblem from the first species she helped- Diamond Dogs.

She married the Diamond Dog who helped her that day later in life, and she moved to Ponyville to help Roxie try to achieve her dream of being a professional baker. Plus, Ponyville is in a great spot for her to try to craft some great friendships between ponies and not ponies!

Roxie is very stoic and quiet but loves her smol pink pony wife very much. She speaks great english unlike her show counter parts, but speaks with a thick accent that somewhere between russian and french.

Gemsona Bust commission for @yaboy-robin!

Since getting into cookie run, I've thought a few pairs would be interesting together based on interactions in my little town.

Muscle Cookie keeps flexing at random cookies, Espresso Cookie being one of the first I noted. And I thought it'd be funny if Muscle Cookie had this massive crush on Espresso Cookie, and Espresso Cookie just kinda. Ignores it. Lets Muscle have his little crush. It's not hurting anyone. And, well... Him carrying all his books for him is nice.

I have no idea why, but I keep finding Tea Knight Cookie and Licorice Cookie really close together. They keep interacting- and keep being super close. So, I thought it made sense that Licorice had a big crush on Tea Knight Cookie. Tea Knight Cookie complimented him for something super small, but now Licorice Cookie keeps coming back- hoping for more praise. And, Tea Knight Cookie likes that Licorice Cookie actually listens to his stories. Opposite sides of the battlefield gays.

Onion Cookie and Devil Cookie was just a thought that occurred to me, with no real interaction between the two in the town. I just really love these two's designs and thought it'd be really cute if they had a really innocent, soft relationship. Devil Cookie is soft, but only for Onion Cookie. And Onion Cookie likes that Devil Cookie can make her smile! :)

I’m gonna try to draw my ocs (mostly Sinensis) in costumes every day this month but no guarantees.

Day one is Sinensis as a bumblebee!

So I’ve gotten really into Persona 5 lately and decided a while ago to try to concept my own phantom thieves ish group. These guys are the ones I have done so far, but I do want to add more people to this group! I have only written the summoning speeches for one of these guys, so I’ll put the symbolism behind certain design aspects of the personas and the speech for the one I have it for since he doesn’t have any symbolism in his design. And then I’ll explain their user’s stories!

Annabelle (”Blunderbuss”): The leader of the group and the first to summon her persona. She is the child of an assumed “criminal”, who died in a shoot out with police. She is looked upon with caution and contempt, assumed to be destined to become a criminal like her father. She knows her father is innocent and is just trying to keep her head down when she discovers the metaverse.

Rook: On a pirate flag; the color red symbolizes no mercy, an hourglass symbol symbolizes “time is running out”, and weapons symbolize an impending fight.

Rowan (”Spark”): The second to summon their persona. Rowan used to be a goody-two-shoes, an honor student, and a perfectionist. This was all due to expectations placed upon them to succeed and was fine. They suppose. But an incident left them without their right eye. Suddenly, they were treated as other and everything they were was ignored. Well, they were going to be treated as a good for nothing? They’d act like a good for nothing. They feel more ready to discover who they truly are after summoning their persona.

Antagonist: "So! You've finally decided to stop the show! You've kept it up so long, I was beginning to think you'd never find your real self. Now tell me, will you return to the role society cast you as? Or will you come onto the stage, and wow the audience with whom you truly are?! I am thou, thou art I- Thou hast been subservient for too long! The you your heart projects hath been locked away much like a princess in a castle! It's time we forge a contract, and let the world watch the true you in awe!"

Atlas (Masquerade”): The third to summon their persona. Atlas is close to an abusive, manipulative man whom he keeps a secret for, unaware he’s being used. I’m not quite sure what the secret is currently. However, he finds himself accidentally pulled into the palace of his “friend” and finds out he’s being used and manipulated. And suddenly he’s ready to let the caged bird sing. 

Zephyranthes:  The Zephyranthes, or the rain flower, means "I will never forget you", black nightingales represent secrets, and the number 5 in numerology is connected to life changes. Also, the white rose in Atlas’s hair for his palace outfit symbolizes secrets.

We both know who would be the one

Percival "Percy" Rodrigez has tried his hardest his whole life to be the best son he can be. Hounded by wild, and off-the-wall characters like his lab partner Zipper, or the library assistant Jack, or head cheerleader Valentine - Percy is just hoping to make it to homecoming alive.

An updated, better design for a character I never talk about; Ella!

Ella is the very first human and Atlanean hybrid born when Atlantis reappeared. Due to this, she was shunned and mocked. Or worse, simply studied due to her unique nature. She was even attacked for being born the way she was, loosing her eye to a purist. This made Ella a very angry, volatile woman. She was a ticking time bomb, ready to explode.

And she did.

One day, Ella came to find a very odd sword. When she grasped it, a woman appeared before her. Her sweet, honeyed words offering to help her destroy those who would harm her. And others like her. 

She took the sword and killed but one person. The one who took her eye, as they had never been punished for their actions. Ella.... Ella had always hated them but.... To take their life? Ella could not face what she had done, and abandoned the sword in a forest. Hoping to forget what had happened.

But she couldn’t. As the years went by, she noticed she did not age. She watched as years passed, and researched the spirit that had dug her claws into her. Ella found that she had been effected by the curse of the Viking Queen, to live forever until she was killed for her crimes. 

So, she lived on. Watching as she became a myth, the second wielder of the sword. 

She watched as whispers of a third wielder came.... And came to her doorstep one day stating that Simone was gone. She wishes she had done it, so this obviously tired man could have avoided the abusive woman’s claws into him. 

She lives in solitude now, bitter and not sure what to do with herself. All she knows is that she can’t trust anyone, and that she will never die.
