(Spoilers for Smaller Bodies; no spoilers for Destroy-A-Toy)

For anyone new to the AU, this is Queen Catnap, Dogday, Ollie and Theodore. Here’s a brief description of each one.

Queen Kitty was the first Catnap. Autistic and transgender, she was built with a knockout gas tank in her lungs. Her anger towards PlayCo mounted and she attacked them. She was sent to be killed but instead built a cult following with the other “destroyed” toys.

Dogday is the Smiling Critters’ leader who loves routine and pushes the entire orphanage forward each day. He believes Kitty was killed - he doesn’t know about the cult - and mourns her everyday through prayer and reciting loving memories. He’d get rather a shock when he finds out the truth.

Ollie Playtime is the company’s Security and Comms head. They also control medical supplies, file management and company censorship. They were taken from home and experimented on at 14, and now at 18, they’re using the experimentation blackmail to climb the company’s ranks and gain power.

Theodore Grambell is a tiny child adopted with the sole purpose of experimentation. He never played with the other kids or smiled like they did. For someone so young, he feels lost, empty. He was never given a chance to grow up. He may be sentenced to death soon but for what little life he had, he’s doing to make sure he’s remembered.

They’re my four favourite Smaller Bodies/Destroy-A-Toy characters :)

This is ironic as hell because just two days ago, I wrote this as a concept.

I associate Ollie with eyes. After all, they can see you… always.

They know you saw the shrine.

They know you entered the gas production zone.

They know you’ve grabbed the key they sent.

Friendly as they sound, are they really looking out for you?

They might, as their eye flashes red in the trailer when danger approaches, as if to alert you…. But they could have just led Yarnaby right to you.

Chapter 4 contains a lot of things that already exist in my AU, such as the cave system and jail. Awesome! I’m hoping they overlap, and also that we get more Ollie content since I want to see if I’m right.

In my head at least, Ollie is a test subject (NOT a toy) who was used for transplant testing. They survived with plastic skin. Watching children around them suffer under the knowledge they provided, Ollie slowly descends into a panicky, flighty, control freak mindset; the only way to stop the experiments reciprocating onto others is to see everything, all at once, all the time. And only then will they have enough blackmail to convince Harley Sawyer to stop.

We’ll see :D

Asking because originally it was going to be under A Grand Announcement, but it feels like it could work as a standalone. Also people found me originally through goofy Smiling Critter one-shots and this is the closest to that!

So basically

Would you prefer

Finding it as the third chapter in A Grand Announcement (makes more story sense) OR

Finding it as a one-shot (much more accessible, easy to find, and more open instead of having to search through chapters)

I know I can take ten years to write but THIS chapter is something I’m excited for!!

Here’s the plan!!!

Get idiots ready for the Toy Tour, reasonably hyped

Slam-dunk them onto the train

Introduce the nightmare critters - they’re forced to share a train carriage

Make the critters go “:0” as they’re given rooms while Dogday shits himself because he can’t sleep beside BigNap

Introduction to Ollie and the realisation they’ve turned into a dictator

Grand dinner night and the official announcement of the start of training

Slow realisation that the Toy Tour is rigorously controlled

Mass panic, leading to threats of Destroy-A-Toy

The Tour is now a concentration camp where anyone who objects is killed or threatened

Optional additional ideas:

Someone’s poisoned at the dinner party

Ollie teaches the other toys about things like racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia etc and they’re all horrified because these toys have never seen those concepts before (at least, not that they’re aware of)

Dogday makes friends with Infox, who is @thattiredgamer’s OC; Kather, who is @i-am-in-the-mind-fuck’s OC, and SourTail, who is @bazyboo13’s OC

Possibly a snippet or mention of the cult. You’re not meant to know Destroy-A-Toy’s being ruled by the kitty queen, but for those already in the know it would be great foreshadowing!

Teach the toys the Footloose dance because it would be really funny as a training exercise

The above are the things I gotta do forrrrr this series!

May be shabby now but I’ve got the plans! Stories take time! Especially since this is more an original fic instead of a what-if :)

Poppy’s parasol is meant to be an actual poppy! Her colours were picked by @idiotsmart1 and @thattiredgamer - purple symbolises royalty!

As for Ollie, they’re much more hands-on and far more likely to set a building on fire, while Poppy can’t because her skirts would crisp up…

Introducing loficrafty

So this is logi crafty this little thing took about 18 hours and 50 minutes to make over a pireod of a month and a half because of work, medical reason and other things happening in my life

This was inspired by Lofi girl and Lofi boy because I saw Lofi girl wrighting and it gave me craftycorn vibes

@qibsichan help me making this little goober because I don’t know how to do lighting and help me figure out how to do things correctly because even though I use Ibispaint I’m still learning how to use it because I’m not big brained

Here some behind the sceans work of this work there is small changes you can pick out and tumbler won’t let me post pass 10 pics to show the rest of it but thanks to @qibsichan again for helping and teaching me though ibispaint to make this good
