Fazpad Raspberry Sweet Rolls

Ingredients:

- 1 package (¼ ounce) active dry yeast

- 1 cup warm milk

- ⅓ cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 eggs

- 4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup raspberry jam or fresh raspberries

- ½ cup powdered sugar

- 1-2 tablespoons milk or water

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

2. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Stir well.

3. Gradually mix in the flour until the dough forms.

4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1-2 hours or until it doubles in size.

5. After the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a large rectangle.

6. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the dough or sprinkle fresh raspberries.

7. Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough into a log. Cut the log into slices, about 1-1.5 inches thick.

8. Place the slices in a greased baking dish, leaving space between each roll. Cover them and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.

9. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

10. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, milk or water, and vanilla extract until smooth.

11. Once the rolls are done, let them cool for a few minutes before drizzling the glaze over the top. Serve warm and enjoy your fazpad raspberry sweet rolls!

ATTENTION ALL FREE SPOTIFY USERS:

There's now a MONTHLY LIMIT to the amount of times you can press "Show Lyrics" on a song. It currently seems to be a limit of 6 like the song skip limit. BE VERY CAREFUL when pressing the button as this limit is illogically disproportionate. You get 6 song skips an hour. That's 144 skips a day, and 4320 a month. That means for every 720 songs you skip a month, you can only look at lyrics for 1 song. Most people will (and should) look up the lyrics on google or genius. If a Spotify chairman or someone else in high in the chain is reading this: CHANGE IT BACK. People are not going to go out of their way to pay money just to look at lyrics when they can simply go look on their browser. All this does is make Spotify users (which is the top song streaming platform) angry. (Not counting YouTube, since, that's more for videos)
