Lestrade's All Like, Yeah, Yeah, You're The Best Detective Ever, You're The Effin' Master Of Our Profession.

The 16-year-old who rung up my order and made my lemonade guessed that I'm 25. We were talking about how hard it is to guess other people's ages. I'm actually 44. Everyone typically thinks I'm younger than I am, which usually works to my advantage because I'm also adorable 🥰😂🤣😆 Overall, it beats the alternative, which is people saying, "Hello you old hag! How are the great-grandkids?" 

Two years ago I binge read every Sherlock Holmes story by Arthur Conan Doyle. Before I started the only things I knew was that Holmes was the detective, Watson was the doctor who worked for him, they were colleagues who solved cases when Sherlock was too baffled on his own, then they went their separate ways until Sherlock needed help again. I wasn't prepared for both of them living at 221B Baker Street, or the fact they spent nearly the entirety of their time together even after the last clue was discovered and the culprit apprehended, or how when John would vaguely try to settle down with a wife he'd return to Sherlock at any given moment. In short, I never expected it to be a love story, and I never would have guessed those two men would move into my heart to stay. 🥰

John:*coughs* I’m so sorry, I feel so stupid I don’t know what to do, gosh…

Paul: LOOK, TERRENCE! If you want to resign from the amadramatics, do!

John:It’s not that, I put a lot of money and thought into the whole thing…

Paul: yeah, but lets face it, you’re crap!
