Reading Batgirl (The Cassandra Cain Run) is so weird bc it's such a good series but the early 2000s were not kind to the mainline Batman stories, so I'll be reading it and just vibing and then they mention a tie in to the main continuity of Batman, and I'm like noooo!!! I love it how we as a fandom collectively invented the concept of the "batfamily" when in reality it's just a bunch of messed up kids/teenagers and a few even more messed up irresponsible adults running around with their deeply dysfunctional relationships
Concept: an episode of the Justice League cartoon where the MCs get sucked into a 90s teen movie… powers get reset to when they were that age.
