Its a crack au where hsy and yjh's first meeting with kdj is during an incident where kdj went into cardiac arrest and they both manage to resuscitate him, only to find out he had a DNR order form on him. Thus, an unconventional friendship was born!

Advanced Care Paramedic Yoo Joonghyuk, a veteran who has a talent for 'reviving' patients from the brink of death. Being in the emergency healthcare profession for many years, this man has seen everything and done everything. Virtually nothing could faze this man. Although gossip amongst the personnel say the only reason she chose to be a paramedic is to witness the drama that comes with the profession.
