would y'all watch a live action BF series???? I've been really diving into screenwriting recently and I've contemplated writing BF as a live action show. I have a lot of ideas and I think my version would be about 75% accurate to the manga, but more modern and some expanded scenes and more time with certain characters( I absolutely love Nadia, Charlie, Griffin, and I was left wanting more from Arthur's character).If you'd watch it, how similar/ accurate to the manga would you want it to be? How much would you accept it to separate from the source material?Are there any characters you would want to see more or less of? Which platform would you imagine yourself watching it on?

Edit: nevermind 80s banana fish is superior to modern, I'm writing a draft and it just flows so much better with that setting and the political atmosphere of that time adds so much more to the themes.

Yut lung is obsessed with dress to impress, but he plays a lot of videogames overall. He spends most Saturdays playing COD with sing over call, telling song to "fucking kill yourself" when they both die. He also loves bullying children in VR chat!

Shorter didn't know how to swim until summer I'm Cape cod, and he almost drown. Several times.

As a kid ash was obsessed with cowboys and so Griffin made him a makeshift horsey out of a twig and an old sock.

Blanca does checks on Ash over the web every few years and whenever he reads an article about some crime he committed he reacts like a proud father.

Jessica loves Cher so much that she dresses up as her for holloween most years. She also absolutely loves Madonna and Lady Gaga. She would definitely be that one straight woman at a gay bar trying to be friends with all of the guys ( very annoying, but there's an endearing quality to her as well)

Ibe had been previously married, and divorced several times. He's a hopeless romantic and realizes that he's probably made a mistake when it's way too late. He also previously knew Eijis mom in highschool, but they were separated after college and just simply growing up. They weren't too close but were definitely friends.

Eijis little sister is four years younger that him, and she is obsessed with idols and wants to be one.

Ash is constantly cold, Eiji is constantly breaking a sweat.

Shorter often gets so immersed in things that he forgets to take care of his basic needs. Lucky for him, he has a wonderful friend who tells him "take a shower you smell like shit" when he forgets ( bet you can guess who)<3

Ashs favorite movie is Romeo + Juliet, Eijis is transformers, Shorters fast and the furious, sings is detective Pikachu, and yut lungs is white chicks.

currently trying to record a song, except I'm not sure how I want the transition from prechorus to chorus to be like and I'm shit at recording. It kinda just stops and starts again and despite being like a human metronome whenever I record my timing is off af. Gotta try something new, maybe I'll learn how to program drums this week. Let's hope the motivation and inspiration are still there🤷🏼‍♀️
