Any tips on drawing mouths?
Oh gosh I will try
I do basic closed mouths like
altered pretty easily for parted lips
annnnnd teeth…
You can put as much or as little definition into your teeth as you like, but I go about halfway
And remember that it’s dark inside mouths, and that there’s a tongue in there. I’m terrible at tips, I’m sorry! Polararts has a much better tutorial haha.
I love you. If all else whispers back into the tide, know this for fact. By grace given me by the Goddess Arashu, I bid her divine protection to you, my warrior-angel, my Siha, to succeed in your destiny. To light your path through the coming darkness. To give you hope, when all seems lost.
I will await you across the sea.
The whole “you have to earn a living” rhetoric is really toxic. Have we considered that maybe, in 2015, basic needs like housing, food, and medicine don’t really need to be “earned” but should, in any reasonably industrialized country, be guaranteed?
Honestly I totally get the appeal of a lifelong romantic relationship. But like, I’d rather get that by having a relationship that’s so consistently good we never decide to end it, than by having one that’s so good at one time that we decide, in that moment, to never end it.
Does that make sense? One’s saying “yes” to something every day, the other’s saying “yes, every day” to something.
Making it hard to leave takes away a lot of uncertainty. But what if making it hard to leave devalues the staying?
I want anyone I date to know with total certainty that if they wanted to leave tomorrow, they could do it and it wouldn’t be the end of the world, it wouldn’t unleash demons. I don’t want anyone to feel chained to me.
It’s being not-chained that makes staying mean something. I want to make it easy to leave so I know we’re in this because we’re choosing to be, actively. And more than an eternal relationship? I want one where we’re in it 100%.
If we’re both/all completely on board because we keep choosing to be… that’s the kind of relationship I’d be happy to keep doing forever, if it keeps working that long. And if it doesn’t? The goal was to make it a good one, not a permanent one.

And This Is Why You Shouldn’t Get Sick In America
Many believe that the US healthcare system is the best in the world. Not so according to the World Health Organization’s ranking of the world’s health systems. The US doesn’t even rank in the top 25. It ranks 37th and is the most expensive in the world. I would argue that even if we had the best healthcare system in the world, what good is it, if no one can afford to access it.
Most companies are buying 60/40-policys for their employees these days, but even if you are lucky enough to have good insurance with 80/20-policy coverage, that 20 percent your responsible for can drive you right into bankruptcy as easily as the 60-40 policy given the cost of healthcare.
Insurance cost have been going up dramatically in the last two decades, long before the new Affordable Healthcare Act has taken affect, in some cases as much as 35% per year.
But have you noticed the latest trick the insurance companies have roll out?
Yes, Higher Deductible… most averaging $5,000 per year, per person, but I have seen some as high as $10,000 per year. For those of you that are wondering, this tactic is specifically designed too stop you from using your insurance. It reduces the insurance companies out of pocket liability by shift costs onto consumers, especially those dealing with chronic illness such as diabetes and arthritis. Consequently, because consumers can’t afford the deductible they will avoid necessary care to save money.
Although insurance companies are a problem, the real crook is the healthcare system it self. A corrupt and bloated system desperately in need of reform!
