okay saw another post: you can be a victim of abuse yourself but still be an abuser. that’s what the cycle of abuse is, and it’s a horrible thing that many people suffer from. it’s not an either/or situation, life isn’t black and white. you can have the saddest past (or backstory) ever and still treat people in your life horribly. you aren’t absolved of responsibility for your actions because you were also abused. it’s not fair that it happened to you, but you have to put the effort into changing and breaking the cycle

and that’s why supernatural is so tragic. because dean wanted so badly not to become his father, but we watch him become so much worse

anti logic is honestly so confusing. instead of caring about the minors who were SA’d and just wants to get better, you send them death threats, threaten to rape them, tell them they deserved what happened to them, and threaten to send them CSEM. but you care more over a fictional being who can’t get hurt, traumatized, or depressed? make it make sense. 🤡
