how are people even debating whether sam and dean would be exclusive?? be serious. dean winchester is literally the most possessive, obsessive man on this planet when it comes to sam—like, the emotional codependency is already off the charts. now toss in some incest and suddenly he’s ten times worse. dean would be feral. you think he's gonna share sam? with who?? absolutely not. he’d be all “if i can’t have him, no one can” energy, probably staring daggers at anyone who even thinks about sam too hard. man would turn into the clingiest, most jealous little freak and call it love. unhinged behavior.

okay saw another post: you can be a victim of abuse yourself but still be an abuser. that’s what the cycle of abuse is, and it’s a horrible thing that many people suffer from. it’s not an either/or situation, life isn’t black and white. you can have the saddest past (or backstory) ever and still treat people in your life horribly. you aren’t absolved of responsibility for your actions because you were also abused. it’s not fair that it happened to you, but you have to put the effort into changing and breaking the cycle
