You can watch the movie of course, but don't waste your time on Carmilla (2019), it doesn't even start to cover the original plot
You can try the Terror in the Crypt (1964), it's kinda old, but the story is close to the og one
But if you have the time to read the 1872 novel you better go read it (it's only 16 short chapters)
