The link includes a video and if you think this is just a photo taken at the right moment to make it seem like a Nazi salute I am sorry to report that the video makes it worse. My heart goes out to all Americans that they have now a President that is friends with and has appointed to a government position someone who does the Nazi salute at his inauguration.
