This has been a miserable week...

Now of course, there's all the stuff with the root canal going on but the terrifying cherry on top is:

I got poisoned.

I went around our pond today and found about 20 of our fish dead on the shore (including one of our big carp), got a little too close in my panic trying to figure out what happened and got a little bit of the water in my shoe, realized that a toxic algae bloom is what happened, still panicked so I didn't rinse my foot off, and only realized my error when I got a fever out of the blue despite not being sick at all otherwise.

Legs now ache like a motherfucker but as I cleaned myself off after taking note of the fever I should be fine and obviously alerted my family just in case but GOOD LORD.
