"wet floral foam" is the stuff you want here. you can probably get your paws on some at dollerama. its that stuff ppl squish in yt shorts brainrot, it looks like a green foam brick and it usually has water in it in those videos.

now, whenever you wanna relapse, drag your nail all over it. make it look like you've cut it up. or use something else, whatever works. this tip works really well for me, and i hope it can help someone else

Today, after I came back from tutoring, I was changing into my pajamas when I just stopped and looked at myself in the mirror. I stared at my reflection, blinked a few times, and smiled.

"Maybe I am kinda pretty," I mumbled.

And that comment, one silly little thing that I just said to myself, boosted my confidence so high. I felt amazing, just because I told myself I looked pretty.

So, I want you, yes you, to look at yourself (through a mirror, a phone camera, etc.) and tell yourself that you look beautiful. If you don't think you're beautiful, then know I think you're beautiful.

I don't care about your scars. I don't care about your pimples, no matter how many you have. I don't care about your weight. I don't care about how you think about yourself physically.

I just know you're the most beautiful and unique person ever.
