He is saying “you’ve fallen right into my trap, my dear doctor” and the doctor is responding with “is that so?” Behind them, smaller, is the Brigadier and Jo. Jo seems happy and is saying “oh that’s nice”, but the brig is standing next to her and is saying “WHAT?”
