AITA for poisoning the water supply?

Please for the love of god tell me I'm the asshole. I (32M) literally poisoned the city's water supply, but the city's resident superhero (and my MORTAL ENEMY!) Commander F (32M) congratulated me. Apparently they found out that the pipe infrastructure is severely outdated and the pathogen I released in the water is a great source of vitamin C? That's not what I was going for at all! This has happened over 50 times! I just want to be the asshole, for god's sake!!!!
