gamerboy izuku who has u in his lap while he plays, headset slung over his curly hair but he has one side shifted, resting on his scalp rather than his ear so he can still hear what you're saying. you're sitting with your chest curled against his, head buried in the crook where his neck meets his shoulder. he's conscious of your falling asleep, muttering directions to his friends rather than his usual shouting.
"'m sleepy," you murmur to him, words twisting into a yawn. "gonna sleep."
he glances down at you, and you can feel his lips tug into a smile on the crown of your head. "gonna fall asleep on me, pretty girl?"
"mmhm," your arms link loosely around his neck. "goo'night."
he's smitten with you. in his headset, his friends have gone quiet, until kiri suggests they call it a day. "leave zuku to his girl, yeah?" he thanks them, ripping off his headset and turning off his monitor before carefully manoeuvring you to his bed.
he kisses you, and you stir awake just long enough to hear him whisper, "i love you, princess."
