help adhd i think adhd things the duality of adhd wanna sleep but legs wanna RUN the spirit is willing but the flesh is containing the energy of a thousand burning suns do you ever just want to cut your legs off they have a different agenda than me but im playing the long game adhd typical energy please tell me if im insane or random energy build up is a normal thing im dazed and confused
