a colored comic of gojo and geto. in the first panel geto is about to swallow a curse ball, while gojo asks him with a smile: "haha what else that mouth does." in the second panel geto replies: "vomit." with a disgusted expression. in the last panel gojo is pouting, eyes wide and teary, a broken heart drawn next to him, while geto looks at him in confusion. the arrows that points at gojo says "just wants kiss".

Metaphorically I guess you could say Hua Cheng as crimson rain represents heaven's blood and period cramps considering his whole blood rain thing and periodic just being a huge pain in the balls for everyone involved and then Xie Lian would therefore be the tampon sucking up his destruction briefly before he eventually enters his toxic shock era and destroys heaven even more than hc did
