info: 34 objects. All caw enabled. All light up at night. Some you’ll find in the roof decor section or in the buydebug.  Most of them in the first two pics are low poly, except the venice shells in the second pic, they’re 6 and 8k. Also the Couvent des Récollets, which is around 12k TS4 venues are around 5 to 10k. Townhouses are 3 to 5k. TS4 boat is 1k. Sail boat is also around 1k. The highest poly stuff are the Arts Building: 15k Yacht: 24k these meshes and textures aren’t mine, the only thing I did is texturize the yacht^-^

Ive been thinking of my next Sims 3 CAW project im moving away from my home city (Buffalo NY) and ive been thinking of starting to build a "replica" Ive got some pictures for inspiration. What do you all think? Im open to criticism and suggestions!

Im still working hard on finishing up the current world ive been posting but its just a idea.

The shopping disctrict is under way! I have to add some more buildings/furnishings and extra detail next.

I personally think the pooltop lounge (lot type poolside lounge) is pretty cool.

I wanted to go further and turn this into a very realistic town, adding as much realism as I can but also keeping the charm of the Sims 3.

All the lots in this world will have no cc other than plants and caw things but each individual lot will have no cc.

I'm not sure what to name this place yet, and if you have any suggestions of or ideas feel free to comment!

I've been on a house build spree lately. Two WIP houses I've been working on today, they aren't colored yet with create a style because I keep getting the whole "materializing materials" crap, even though these houses contain no CC whatsoever.

Ill put these up for download in the near future once I get the coloring stuff sorted out, they are both 18x31 lots with no SP but all EP.
