I see pim as some sort of maybe kinda sticky slimy frog salamander amphibian creature (so I draw him with a tail), Charlie as a humanish creature (since he used to be a homunculus) that still has smaller features of other mammals maybe possibly, alan is a cryptid lizard creature and glep is glep I have no idea what he could be maybe a kind of amphibian too cause a bird he definitely is not
