LIKE.. you know i hate myself sleep wtf is wrong with me just life in general 😭 just genuinely i’m spiralling AGAIN. note that this is maybe the fifth time im spiralling but it’s getting worse cause i was in bed around 18 hours straight yesterday with the aim to sleep btw
