My Marauders Headcanons Pt. 7 ~ Marlene Marie McKinnon

She's anemic

Hella mood swings

Marlene and Sirius were friends but not really close until after Sirius moved in with the Potter's

After the first summer Sirius was there him and Marlene became inseparable much like him and James

Spends nearly everyday at the Potter's during summer

Hates shaving, prefers to wax

She draws on her shoes

Steals everyone's clothes

Her favorite color is burgundy

Incapable of keeping more than 20 dollars to her name because she's a shopaholic

Sees an animal on the street or in a photo and immediately thinks she has to have it

She has two dobermans and she loves them more than anything

She also has two cats that keep having kittens so all the marauders have a cat that came from Marlene

Despite this her favorite animal is a rabbit

Beater on the quidditch team

Has a sternum tattoo and cried the whole time she got it

Math stupid but incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to history

Laughs after she cries

Marlene is fucking shittt at potions but her worst class is Transfiguration

Thank God her best friends are James Potter and Sirius Black

Dorcas got Marlene a pair of Doc Martens for Christmas when they first started dating so they could match

They're Marlene's fav now

She had said Lily was her gay awakening to which Lily turned beat red and stammered over everything for an hour

In stark contrast to Lily's horrific shock James is dying of laughter and so is Sirius

James was laughing so hard he couldn't explain the situation so Sirius explained it for him

James quite literally almost died of laughter he was laughing so hard he couldn't breathe

Marlene is also very possessive over her friends

Harry only exists because of the CompHet Lily experienced

It was only when Lily started noticing Mary in a different way that she accepted James' proposals

She thought it would make the strange feelings for Mary go away but it didn't

After her first and last night she knew that there was something wrong and it wasn't James

When she told James he was sad but glad she told him instead of just stringing him along

Whenever Lily went away to Hogwarts she wanted to take the cat with her but Petunia threw a fit and her parents didn't think it won't be fair since it was the family cat so she couldn't

Whenever the cat had kittens two years later Petunia and Lily each got to keep one and the rest were given away by her parents

Lily was delighted to take her cat to Hogwarts

Lily cried and held each one of the kittens before they left and made sure to tell them how much she loved them

Whenever the family cat died Lily was absolutely heartbroken and she cried with her cat for days

Remus was there to hold her though and that made Lily feel better

Lily thinks Dolly Parton is a national treasure and if you don't like her she just cannot be friends with you and she isn't even sorry

My Marauders Headcanons Pt. 4 ~ Peter Isaiah Pettigrew

Raised by a single mother who works very hard for her children

Middle Child Syndrome

He has an older brother and an older sister and a younger brother and a younger sister

The Pettigrew kids help raise each other to take some stress off of their mom

Peter is really close with his mom

His favorite class is herbology

Plant parent Peter canon

Is fully aware of James' soft spot for him

Has a special bond with Remus and he was on Remus' side after the prank

His favorite color is mustard yellow but he also likes light blue

Peter is the funniest marauder hands down

Can't handle being yelled at

Has a serious soft spot for animals

Terrified of losing his friends

Comes up with the excuses cus the other marauders can't

Sirius is over here trying to flirt their way out of trouble, James can't lie worth a shit, and Remus completely lacks creativity he'll come up with a great excuse 4-5 hours after the fact

But Peter has one immediately

The 110% would have gotten ×4 as much detention if it weren't for Peter

He was plus size but he wasn't all chub he had muscle too

It just wasn't visible

You could feel it though

Fancies girls with dark hair

And most often a Ravenclaw

Hates sour sweets with a burning passion

Has just enough brown color in his hair to distinguish him from being blond

He's very sweet

His hair is often messy and if it's not at the beginning of the day than it will be at the end because James and Sirius like to ruffle it

He doesn't really like quidditch, I mean he goes to the games for James and Sirius, and to hear Remus' hilarious commentations but if they weren't there he probably would read a book next to the fire in the common room

Speaking of Peter's spot in the common room is closest to the fire

Everyone knows that

The smell and warmth comfort him

So when someone took Peter's spot one day Sirius gave them a death glare til they got so uncomfortable they let the common room altogether

He's the shortest Marauder not by much!

But he's still shortest :(

Sirius teases him about it constantly as if he's not only an inch and a half taller

He's very particular about that half inch too

He likes skateboarding

And his favorite dessert is basic chocolate chip cookies

My Marauders Headcanons Pt. 3 ~ Remus John Lupin

(Daniel Sharman as Remus Lupin makes sooo much sense, in my head. I mean he is soggy, wet dog of a man like Remus. He plays a werewolf on Teen Wolf. He has the hair, and if cocky, cool Remus is your thing he can pull that off too. Also there's a pic of him in a cowboy hat for all the Cowboy!Remus going on rn)

Hes an old man at heart and he always has been

He's very awkward, like if it weren't for the marauders he'd probably have like no friends

He actually gets along with everybody despite the facts he's awkward as hell

Became friends with The Pantheons/Slytherin Skittles/The Emeralds (whatever your preferred term is) after the prank

Light Academia aesthetic

He looks so funny sitting there wearing his light clothes next to them in all their dark ones

Still as cute as ever

He is not the smartest marauder

I mean in book sense yes but absolutely nothing else

He's awkward as fuck, and he's about as creative as a piece of cardboard

He's not emotionally intelligent either he gets even more awkward when people start crying

He has some psychological/ mental intelligence but not much

He's become best friends with Evan and Regulus

Barty reminds him a lot of James and he's thankful for that because he really missed James

He didn't talk to Sirius for months after the prank

Didn't talk to James either as he was on Sirius' side

Remus had expected it but it still hurt

Peter was there though and he'll forever be grateful for that

When he finally did start talking to James again it was like nothing had ever happened, but when he started talking to Sirius again everything was different

Remus' words were calloused, and cold he hadn't called Sirius padfoot or pads since the prank

Sirius hated that

Hated Snape even more after the prank too

His favorite color is actually brown, he says it's green to seem less boring but that's actually his second favorite color

Fav class is Astronomy but best class is DADA

He's thoughtful and very, very observant

His fav muggle candy is Mr. Goodbar's

Tried on Sirius' leather jacket once and wants to get one of his own now

Really enjoys being the little spoon but he's so tall (that's why Barty is a good snuggle buddy)

Love Languages are Quality Time and physical touch

He prefers to receive physical touch and just spend time with you bc he doesn't really know how else to express himself

Mama's boy just like James

But he really loves his dad too

He fucking loves dinosaurs

So does Peter, they can talk about them for hours

Remus and Peter are variants of each other

Remus is a nerd from hell 😭

Remus is naturally left handed but he learned to write with his right hand bc writing of the superstition that surrounds it

James and McGonagall are the only ones who know

So everyone thinks Remus has super shitty handwriting, when it's actually really good

Didn't actually make up with Sirius until there were only a couple months left in their last year

My Marauders Headcanons Pt. 2 ~ Sirius Orion Black

Loves sour candy

Isn't really sure if he's a pure blood supremacist or not

He'd like to say he is as it distances himself from his family but he's truly not sure

If you're close to him it doesn't matter if you're a muggle born, a half blood, or a pure blood but if you're not then he can say some pretty nasty things be it as a joke or not

Smooth mf talker

Oh my good

He has a very charming, very nice laugh

His voice is smooth but also has this slightly raspy roughness which paired with his accent is extremely hot

Would've been a momma's boy if he could've

Punk Sirius black

Can actually cook really well

Cherry flavored things are his bbg

Biased towards Slytherin's bc not only are they going to be at least somewhat like his family Slytherin house also houses Snape

His alcohol of choice is tequila

Sleeps naked

Will throw a fucking bitch fit if he gets too hot

He has back dimples

And regular dimples

He has really flawless pale skin aside from his face where he has a few moles and ofc his tattoos

He's very toned and lean

His first tattoo was a sun in between his shoulder blades he didn't know why but when he got home, home where it was always cold and the people there were too he knew. He'd gotten for James, James who was always warm, James who's eyes and smile always shone so brightly, James who was the center of Sirius world, James who was the sun.

He was kicked out after he came home from getting the tattoo; drunk, and high off his mind, and worst of all ignoring his mother. To say Walburga had disapproved of his body modification was the understatement of the millennium. Sirius didn't even care so Walburga decided to make him care

Contrary to popular belief this was the first time things had ever gotten physical, Walburga had decided to give him a body modification he'd disapprove of

She grabbed the knife off the kitchen table and made her way over to Sirius who was basically delirious with laughter before realizing something foul was bound to take place. He began running up the stairs but that didn't stop his mother before he could get too far Walburga had grabbed hold of his collar and began cutting. Sirius thrashed and cried and begged for her not to cut his hair but she did anyway, she didn't even care for the cuts she left on him as he tried to get her to stop

When she was done she simply told him he wasn't her son anymore

She wanted nothing to do with him

And Sirius begged for something he didn't even know what for

He doesn't like shaving but he prefers to be free of hair

He's French, Russian, English, and Romanian

He likes to paint his nails black

Sirius LOVES shiny things

Like they make him so happy and giddy

Sirius also LOVES his motorbike

His favorite article of clothing is his leather jacket which is somehow still in pristine condition despite the fact Sirius basically wears it in the shower he has it on so much

Winter is his fav season

His love language is actually quality time closely followed by physical touch

He's very affectionate after he loves and trusts you completely

Despite all the abuse he suffered with his family Sirius actually really misses his mom bc she wasn't all bad

Walburga suffered the same abuse as a child and after Sirius found that out it made things even harder for him because she knew

She knew what it felt like to have this happen and she still chose to do this to him

Sirius was actually her favorite son and one of the ways she would punish him was giving all her attention to Regulus whilst giving him the cold shoulder

That always broke Sirius and he'd beg for his mother's forgiveness and attention

Sometimes if Walburga was feeling nice and his father wasn't home which was rarely ever but it did happen occasionally Walburga would allow Sirius to crawl in bed with her and lie his head on her chest while she combed her fingers through his hair

Despite the affection this still hurt Sirius because she'd never look at him, and she wouldn't even acknowledge when he spoke to her. Never returning his declaration of love so he learned to accept her seldom affection in silence

Walburga was somehow even harsher after these times as she learned to view love and affection as a weakness

Chronic ice eater

His mother forced him to learn piano and he hates that he likes it

He has a little book where he writes out songs, he's embarrassed of them and the only person who even knows about it is James

My Marauders Headcanons Pt. 1 ~ James Potter

His full name is in fact James Fleamont Potter

His eyes are hazel but they're the really pretty blue-green kind

He laughs at his own jokes

His favorite color is unironically red

James was born really early in the morning

6:57 a.m. to be exact

James also likes to get up really early in the morning

He likes to start his days at 5:00 a.m.

Bro has really thick, slutty, muscular thighs

His love language is physical touch

James has big boobs <3

No but like he has really nice pecs

And REALLY nice biceps

He made the Gryffindor Quidditch Team as a chaser in his 4th year

He has perfected the puppy dog eyes, and it's literally impossible for anyone to say no to him

James is a very affectionate person

He's really loyal and he's really protective

Marlene and Peter are his childhood best friends

Marlene and James have a matching pair of red converse

He's rich, and his parents spoil him, and yes he can be an arrogant dickwad but deep down under all his unsavory qualities he's a really sweet guy with a really big heart
