Hi, I did what you said and it worked but the problem is that I fell asleep 😭😭 Could you tell me some trick to not fall asleep?

OMGG IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU

Congratulations😽

Here are some small tips that may help you:

Change your environment: maybe you did in the bed and that made you sleepy (I have the same problem imao) trying doing it on the floor

Splash cold water on your face before you start; surprisingly works well

While doing the first part of the "method" just adding pressure points; maybe press your finger on your hand or such

You can try different breathing patterns

Try holding a object in your hand (maybe a pen) and speeze it when feeling sleepy during the first part of the "method"

You can play music; make the room slightly colder while doing it to keep you more awake; or maybe do it during the day while you are well rested

I don't have much honestly but hope this helps

Hello, how are you, I hope you are well, can you tell me how to enter the void with the internal manalog, I need to do it, I need to enter the void state

Hello, How Are You, I Hope You Are Well, Can You Tell Me How To Enter The Void With The Internal Manalog,

Okay so a little run down of how to get in void or become consciousness with inner monologue since couple of people are asking me for it

The void is essentially a state of pure awareness where you’re detached from the physical (3D) world. When you use inner monologue, you’re engaging your mind in a focused yet relaxed way that can redirect your attention inward, away from the outside world.

1. Start with simple awareness: Get comfortable, close your eyes if that helps, and begin talking to yourself. It could be anything—describing what you feel, reassuring yourself, or even imagining a conversation with your higher self. There's really no limit on what you can think about.

2. Focus on your thoughts, then detach: As you continue the inner monologue, let go of judgment and allow the words to flow naturally. Eventually, instead of being caught up in the “content” of the words, shift your focus to the awareness of having thoughts. This awareness starts to dissolve the distractions of the 3D world. (In more simple words let of of the judgement because thats letting go of your ego and this is good because the void or consciousness doesn't have a ego. Focus on awareness= your thoughts will become naturally flow where your detaching and you are able to just watch your thoughts flow. So instead of engaging in them just watch them don't interact)

3. Ease into stillness: Once you're focused on awareness itself, allow the monologue to quiet down gradually. You'll notice a point where you become more aware of the space or silence between your thoughts.

4. Surrender and be: The void isn't something you have to "achieve"—it's already there beneath all the noise. Use your inner monologue as a tool to guide yourself inward and then surrender.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY: don't overthink it or stress this. Void or pure consciousness isn't something you never done, you just don't remember doing it. It not supposed to be difficult unless you are making it difficult (sorry guys). And also if it doesn't go step by step like described in the post that okay! It different for everybody but the most important thing is to let it happen naturally.

how people who are victims of misinformation of the void and consciousness look at me when I tell them you can “enter” the void or “become” the pure consciousness simply by stuff like daydreaming, having inner monologue, or just really anything that puts your mind off 3D and it doesn’t have to be 4 hours of subliminals or 6283 different methods

Shifting bursts anti shifters bubbles, this is the reason why instead of just ignoring it they need to leave hateful comments and such. Imagine you build your whole life learning these rules and living your life by them and then something like shifting comes which challenges your every belief practically. It hard to comprehend and believe for some people and they don't like it.

Why are you afraid of shifting and how is it stopping you from success

This post is all about finding what are your struggles with shifting and fear and how to overcome it

Why Are You Afraid Of Shifting And How Is It Stopping You From Success

Why This Happens

1. Fear of the Unknown: Shifting involves stepping into a completely new reality, and the mind can find that overwhelming. Even though you consciously want to shift, your mind might be resisting because it’s unsure what will happen or how you'll feel after the shift. (Your mind can't stop you from shifting but it helpful to overcome this)

2. Fear of Failure: While you’ve maybe built a mindset that "shifting is easy," there might still be a lingering fear of what happens if it doesn’t work. This can lead to procrastination as a way to avoid facing potential disappointment.

3. Attachment to Your Current Reality: Even if you consciously want to let go of this reality, your mind might still hold on to certain attachments, routines, or responsibilities, making it harder to fully release and surrender.

4. Perfectionism: You might feel that the conditions for shifting need to be "perfect" (e.g., the right time, mood, or setting). This can cause you to delay the attempt, thinking, "I’ll do it tomorrow when I feel more ready."

5. Energy Imbalance: Mental and emotional energy play a big role in shifting. If you're mentally drained from school/job or other activities, it can be harder to find the focus and motivation to try.

Advice to Overcome This

1. Address the Fear Directly:

Take a moment to reflect on why you might feel scared. Is it fear of failure, success, or the unknown? Journaling about these feelings can help bring clarity and reduce their intensity.

Remind yourself that shifting is safe and that you’re always in control. You can come back to your current reality whenever you choose.

2. Break the Cycle of Procrastination:

Commit to small steps instead of aiming for the perfect shifting session. For example, one night, just focus on relaxing and visualizing your desired reality for 5-10 minutes without the pressure of fully shifting.

Set a consistent time for your shifting practice, even if it’s only 15 minutes a day.

3. Ease Into Letting Go:

Practice mindfulness or meditation to train your mind to release attachment to this reality. Grounding yourself in the present moment can make it easier to let go when the time comes.

Try visualization exercises throughout the day. Imagine yourself briefly in your desired reality during small breaks, which can make the idea of shifting feel more familiar and less daunting.

4. Shift Your Perspective on "Failure":

Remember, every attempt is progress. Each time builds your connection to your desired reality and strengthens your mental state.

Celebrate small wins, like getting into a relaxed state or feeling closer to your desired reality, instead of only focusing on whether you shifted.

5. Create a Comforting Routine:

Build a ritual around your shifting attempts that feels calming and enjoyable. For example, use soothing music, light candles, or repeat affirmations that help you feel safe and confident.

Use self-reassurance phrases like, “I am in control, and shifting will happen at the right time for me.”

6. Reframe "It’s Too Late" Thoughts:

Remind yourself that there’s no "right" time to shift. You can attempt shifting whenever you feel ready, whether it’s day or night.

Think of shifting as a natural, ongoing process rather than a single, all-or-nothing event. This can help reduce pressure and make it feel more approachable.

Letting Go of the Pressure

It's helpful to approach shifting with curiosity and excitement rather than pressure. The more you view it as a natural and fluid process, the easier it can become to allow yourself to fully engage. Instead of thinking, "I have to shift tonight," try shifting your mindset to, "I’m exploring this tonight, and whatever happens is okay."

Mantra to Try

When you feel scared or hesitant, try repeating: "I trust the process. I am safe, I am ready, and I am capable of shifting when the time is right."

A little remember that it most important to find what works for you.

How you are applying logic to shifting and why you should stop it

How You Are Applying Logic To Shifting And Why You Should Stop It

Examples of Applying Logic to Shifting:

1. Doubting the Process:

Thinking, "This can't work because it's not scientifically proven."

2. Overthinking Methods:

Debating which method is "best" or trying to analyze why certain methods work/ don't work.

3. Expecting Immediate Results:

Thinking, "If I don’t shift in X amount of time, it’s not real."

Focus on enjoying the outcome rather than the process.

4. Analyzing Your Feelings Too Much:

Thinking, "Am I feeling detached enough? Did I do the visualization correctly?"

Trust your intuition. If you feel ready or connected, that’s enough. And even if you don't as long as you want it, it enough.

5. Questioning Your Signs:

Seeing signs or synchronicities and thinking, "Is this just coincidence?"

Trust that the universe communicates in unique ways. Accept signs without overanalyzing their meaning. Coincidences don't exist.

How to Stop Applying Logic:

Approach shifting with the openness.

Focus on Feelings, Not Thoughts:

Ground yourself in emotions or sensations instead of analyzing your thoughts. For example, focus on the excitement or calm you feel about your desired reality.

Use Affirmation

Repeat phrases like, "I trust the process," or "Shifting is natural for me." This helps quiet doubts.

Meditate or Use Flow States:

Meditation can help you let go of overthinking. Activities that put you in a flow state—like drawing, daydreaming, or listening to music—can also help.

By practicing these techniques, you'll probably gradually get yourself to let go of logic and embrace the intuitive side of shifting.

What made me post this lmao

A good reminder is that you are not what makes you shift, which also means you can't fail at it. You can create a experience of a failure but it not real. What makes you shift is your consciousness and your subconscious is not your enemy, actually it your cheerleader. It supports you unconditionally and it supports you so much that it will give you a experience of a failure. So don't worry relax and go shift

Hogwarts Shifting Motivation

Common rooms Motivation

Genuinely informative~ even teachers need permission to get into the common room (unless they are the head of the house)

Slytherin

Slytherin common rooms are a good place for curious aquatic animals& creatures

{Example: mermaids coming to tap on class}

Imagine the afternoon light that gonna come through the water and how it gonna look

It the biggest common room

Being closest to potions class

There’s a hidden window that looks out into the depths of the Black Lake, allowing students to watch Grindylows and the Giant Squid pass by. Sometimes, an eerie glow from underwater plants illuminates the room at night.

The Serpent’s Whisper: If you listen carefully near the fireplace, you can hear a hissing sound—a remnant of an old Parseltongue spell cast by Salazar Slytherin himself. Some say it whispers advice to ambitious students

THE AESTHETIC OF IT/ DETAILS FOR IMAGINATION

Elegant and mysterious, with emerald-green lamps casting an eerie, calming glow. The room has a cold, sleek beauty, with high-backed leather chairs, silver accents, and tapestries depicting famous Slytherins and legendary beasts.

Furnishings: Green velvet armchairs and polished silver tables are arranged around a central fireplace carved with serpentine details. There are also large glass cases displaying rare magical objects collected by past Slytherin alumni.

Motivational Vibe: The Slytherin common room feels like a home for the ambitious and resourceful. It inspires cleverness, self-confidence, and power—a place for those unafraid to stand out and make their mark.

Hufflepuff

That common room is closest to kitchen so sneaking in to get snacks

hufflepuffs are known for having good weed (shifters confirmed)

When someone tries to enter the common room and press a wrong barrier they get covered in vinegar / to get in you need to tap barrier in rhythm of "Helga Hufflepuff"

A rumor has it that when a room is quiet enough you can hear humming~ a spell Helga Hufflepuff casted centuries ago to bring calmness to her house

THE AESTHETIC OF IT/ DETAILS FOR IMAGINATION

Warm and earthy, with lots of natural light filtering in through circular windows that open up to the Hogwarts grounds. It has a cottage-like charm, filled with lush plants, earthy tones, and the smell of freshly baked bread.

Furnishings: Soft, overstuffed sofas and cushions are scattered around. The tables are made from reclaimed wood, polished to a warm honey glow. Herbology books and gardening tools are kept on hand for anyone interested in plant care.

Motivational Vibe: The Hufflepuff common room is all about kindness, resilience, and loyalty. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a family-like environment where everyone supports each other. You’ll feel nurtured, grounded, and at peace.

Gryffindor

Imagine the fat lady’s joke every time before you enter and even riddles occasionally

Being Dumbledore favourite lmao

The secret door to Astronomy Tower~ There’s a narrow stairwell hidden behind a tapestry of Godric Gryffindor that leads up to the Astronomy Tower. It’s a favorite spot for stargazing on clear nights.

If you press the right spot on lions statue, a roar will fill the common room. Usually used before Quidditch matches and wins.

THE AESTHETIC OF IT/ DETAILS FOR IMAGINATION

Warm, cozy, and golden. Rich, ruby-red carpets cover the stone floors, and tapestries of legendary Gryffindors and courageous battles adorn the walls. A crackling fireplace is almost always lit, making it feel like a comforting, eternal hearth

Furnishings: Armchairs with plush cushions, covered in deep scarlet, are arranged in small clusters, perfect for gathering with friends. A large, golden lion statue stands near the entrance as a symbol of Gryffindor bravery.

Motivational Vibe: Gryffindor common room feels like a constant cheerleader, pushing you to be brave, adventurous, and loyal. It’s filled with energy, perfect for anyone who loves challenges and dreams of leaving a legacy.

Revenclaw

Imagine it being late at night and you are watching the celling as it has the same effects as great hall celling

Imagine seeing owls flying outside your window

Every window view being absolutely beautiful

If you recite a specific incantation, a spiral staircase appears near the bookshelf, leading to a hidden observatory. It’s the best spot in Hogwarts to view meteor showers or auroras. They call it the staircase of stars.

Rumor has it that a spellbook hidden centuries ago is still somewhere within the common room’s library shelves. Legend says only the wisest Ravenclaw can uncover its secrets.

THE AESTHETIC OF IT/ DETAILS FOR IMAGINATION

Elegant and airy, with tall, arched windows that give a panoramic view of the mountains and lake. The room is decorated in hues of silver, blue, and soft ivory, with a ceiling enchanted to resemble the night sky.
