“I can’t believe this!” Caelus says

“Can you believe Welt is wanted for multiple accounts of murder?” Void asks

“WHAT THE FUCK WHO ARE YOU!” Caelus jumps

~Just had an episode, and now it’s nonsense time! I don’t know what to call the episode I had today I just had an episode. As far as I’m aware I don’t have any conditions that have episodes but pretty sure I had one.~

Seeing quite a lot of misinformation floating around with the recently released flashback scene in HSR, so I felt the need to clarify it a bit for the players

This is Otto Apocalypse, the Overseer of one of the most powerful organizations and one of the main Antagonists in the Honkai Impact 3rd universe.

His Honkai: Star Rail counterpart is Luocha

This person is Void Archives, the first Divine Key, who made a deal with Otto 500 years ago and took over his body after he died. Yes, they share a face. No, they are not the same person!

The person in Welt's flashback, that he gets upon seeing Luocha's face, is, in fact, not Otto Apocalypse but Void Archives! (These images shown in the Flashback are taken from the cutscene of their very first meeting)

Void Archives approached Welt and asked him for help in a complex matter and they travel to space together to save earth and, upon having a discussion, agree to save other planets from the same threat (if you want to know more I highly suggest reading the 'Alien Space' manga, as it kind of functions as an introduction to Hobkai: Star Rail as well!)

Void Archives is also heavily implied to be the companion that arrived with Welt and the person that Welt refers to as his 'old friend' that left the Express recently!
